The friendliness, speed of our order and the person wanted to know both of our names. And he thanked both of us for coming by our names sweet touch. Oh yes the food was delightful ?.
Best manager there.. went above and beyond.... printed out a the list of ingredients due to an allergy to a certain red dye... then came to our table to let us know that one of the others items we had ordered had this same red dye! Saved us a trip to the hospital or worse! Great food! Great service!
I haven't been to this place before, I usually get intimated by the many long lines. The lines do go fast I was surprised to see. I happen to go on a slow day and got served by many smiling faces. The chicken was amazing and my daughter and I both liked that they have waffle fries! The lemonade was on point and I'm looking forward to my next visit.
This place is amazing they always have your food hot and ready within minutes also they make the best macaroni and cheese that I’ve ever had in my life.
THE BEST service in town, hands down will always be going to this Chick-fil-A location. They are dedicated to making sure the line never stops moving, while still taking the time and care to properly prepare each meal as if they were making food fit for a king.
Bizarre experience. We walked in at 8:40 pm after the drive thru attendant told us the dining room was open. As we were ordering, the worker told us the dining room closed at 9:00 pm. No problem. I have worked in food before, multiple establishments. At 9:00 pm ON THE DOT a worker came to our table and told us it was 9pm and we needed to leave. She told us she could get us bags. She then walked tothe door where other patrons were standing and shoo’ed them (essentially) out of the restaurant- I overheard something to the effect of you can’t stand up here because others will think we are open. Like I said, I have worked in multiple restaurants and understand but THE AUDACITY! One of the workers told us they were asked todo this by upper management and it was due toInsurance. So, the only establishment in America with an insurance policy like this? I have never seen anything like it! I definitely expect better service from Chik-Fil-A. The breakdown of the food service industry is absolutely mind blowing. I would have been fired for asking patrons to leave in the multiple restaurants I worked at.
One star for their polite staff.The vegetarian crispy chicken patties I buy from Fresh Thyme are tastier, cruelty free, and don't fill the pockets of conservative evangelicals
Top of the line. It’s incredible what a little bit of attention to detail can do to just show excellent service. Quality of food is always good, management seems to know how to keep their employees motivated, establishment is always clean. There’s a reason why this particular restaurant chain has high marks all across the board throughout the country.Maybe the Taco Bell across the street can take some notes.
Very busy and we still had our order brought to us within 10 m I nitro. Wonderful service and order was exactly as we ordered it! Great gob.
Good, u thought they changed at 10am from breakfast to lunch, not til 10.30am. God... love the original chicken sandwich with extra pickles.
