Carson's recently catered our wedding, and they did a FANTASTIC job! The food was wonderful, and we got so many compliments from our guests. I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your catering needs, especially weddings! Thank you for making our special day perfect!
If you think that's good BBQ, you don't know squat. Just spent $36.00 for garbage. The ribs were horrible so we threw it where it belonged (DUMPSTER). No wonder the place was empty. Freezer burned meat doesn't work when it's microwaved.
Owner and lady at the counter were both very nice! Very tender ribs. Would have preffered a bit more seasoning on ribs but they were still delicious. Honestly the best BBQ sauce I've ever had in my life! Will be buying a bottle for use at home tomorrow!!
Was very unsatisfied with this place I've been here twice this past year and both times the only lady working was very rude, acting as if she hates her job and your a burden to her. The brisket was not fresh and was over cooked, my pork nachos were amazing except for the pork. Very over cooked could definitely tell it was microwaved. Not worth the $52 dollars spent there. I will not be returning.
Very cluttered with their collections of odds and ends. One person waiting on customers and doing the cooking. Probably would not go back.
Goto walk in the door. I am currently on crutches they ask me put on mask. I asked for one they said they didn't have one had struggle back out the door. When there were no one there so we could have just been seated. We're you don't need mask.
Just finished lunch here, which I could regretted immediately. The lady was the most unfriendly lady that I have crossed paths with in quite sometime. The beans were OK tasting, but almost warm. The brisket looks like it may have been a roast, and not an actual brisket. It was long and stringy, not sliced or chopped. It mighty very been brisket, but did not have the texture or appearance of brisket. Nor was it warm. No music playing in the place, but you can hear the beeping of the microwave. I guess my meal wasn't in quite long enough. It's taken me 3 years to try this place, I should have trusted my gut.
Convenient location, moderately clean restaurant & bathrooms. Probably the most mediocre barbecue I've ever had. The ribs did not taste too fresh. Fries were crispy but unseasoned. Mac n cheese weren't as good as Kraft. Pickle fries were nicely done and a unique menu option. Service was great.
I’ll consistently visit Carson’s BBQ at 11am daily because of my lunch schedule, but everyday they are closed past 11am or will delay hours till 1-2pm. Lunch times are short when you work and I have yet to eat there within the last two weeks due to inconsistent hours open. Wasting 10 min of a 30 min lunch to travel & check only to be closed is frustrating. Which is a shame because there bbq is good.
Fast, fun, courteous, friendly, good food, clean environment, easy listening of music that is quiet in the background & plenty of friendly smiles.
