Service was outstanding...Food was not..Wings where over cooked and not tossed very good. Cauliflower wings where burnt and had very little sauce on them. Beer was warm and was served beer in a glass that still had either lip stick or lip gloss on the glass. Worst Bdubs I have ever been too.
Waited around an hour for our food. Other tables got sat after us and finished eating before we got food. Waitress didn't come to check or update us. Took them 20 minutes to bring out a single beer. When we got the food it was luke warm at best. Bathrooms were sticky and dirty. Asked for checks and saw them printed out and the waitress kept doing other things instead of bringing them to us.
Service was good, food was good, place was clean and the beer was great. Only downfall is it took 35 mins to get our food. I only saw 2 servers work at least 15 tables.
Stojna was not a great waitress. Only came to the table 2 times. Never asked if we needed napkins or anything. Didn’t say a word when she brought our food out. Overall a poor experience with her. Would’ve been better if we had another waitress. Remind me not to come on a Saturday when she’s working.
The whole time we were here, our waitress only came to the table twice! The food came out quick but it was awful!! Always eat here and it has never been bad until now!! Also my sweet tea was not sweet at all!!
Absolutely the slowest experience ever. Barely half full dining and the appetizer was 20min and after 15 more minutes, we asked about our main course... It'll be 15 more. That turned in to 20+. The good wasn't great. The cauliflower mild wings were medium. The nachos had maybe a tablespoon of cheese sprinkled on it they were basically plain chips They brought no napkins out. We got our own.First time to a wild wings, won't be back again anywhere.
We have always enjoyed BWW's, but our visits have recently been made infinitely better by a server named Cameron. The first time he served our table, we thought maybe it was a fluke. Like maybe he'd just won the lottery and that was the reason for his great attitude. But unless he's now won it a second time, Cameron is just a great server. He's really friendly and on top of everything we need. The food was good, but we'd come back for this good of service even if it weren't. Great job, Cameron!
Placed an online order at 5:58pm for 30 boneless wings, no special requests or anything extra. The website said my order would be ready at 7:40pm. I consider cancelling because that’s an ABSURD amount of time. I call the store immediately and ask about how long an online order might take. The gentleman who answered said it would be “about a half hour”. I end up arriving to the store at ~7:10 where I am told that it would be another 20-25 minutes. Of course this is ridiculous, but I don’t complain and I go sit in my car and come back to the store at 7:40. I try to pick up my order and I am told by another gentleman that it’s going to be another 15-20 minutes. I end up getting my order at 7:56pm. I doubt BWW Bloomington’s owner/manager will do anything about this (as this clearly this is their standard of work according to the other review) other than give a typical copy and paste response.
3 stars because I love the food but it’s the 3rd time consecutively my order has been messed up. I generally order carry out via phone on buy one get one days . It always takes them multiple phone calls to even pick up, when I finally get through they do seem to be genuinely polite . But I’m usually getting wings at lunch and I’m paid hourly, so by the time I get back to the job site and am missing my ranch or the wings are wrong or whatever it is,I have the option to either lose money and go back or eat what I was given. Today I went back calm and collected and said this was the third time in a row it’s been messed up and they didn’t offer any sort of incentive or apology just brought me 3 more ranches . I ordered 20 wings and even my receipt said 4 ranch , but when I opened my little brown bag ready to indulge I had one ranch. FOR 20 wings. I wouldn’t even think that was acceptable even if I didn’t order 4 ranches. Anyways . Please upgrade your service I really would like to continue eating here
