I love Bucceto's Pizza. I ordered online today at around 9:30 am for delivery just after noon. I received a notice at 11:50 am that the order was being cancelled because the store couldn't fulfill the order. Whether it was a lack of supplies or poor timing by the store, I don't know. I'm disappointed at the poor experience and sincerely hope I receive my money back.
It's hard for me to believe all of these good reviews. My husband got chicken parmesan. It was not breaded and just had some parmesan thrown on top that had slid off and burnt. I got the lasagna. Both his and mine had large chunks of carrots in the sauce which was really weird. They both also had large chunks of tomatoes with the skin still on. My sauce had a bunch of bitter celery in it. It was not good.
OMG greatest Calzone I've ever had....n better yet U get to choose 3 of U'r favorite item's to put in U'r CALZONE
Food was really good. I got a calzone that was delicious. It’s not fancy or fast but good.
I absolutely love this restaurant & their food. I have yet to be displeased with anything! The food is always tasty and warm, with love. The service is friendly, direct, and reasonable. My favorite was spicy pasta. The pizza is great as well.
The gluten free pizza from Buccetos wasn’t very good. Ordered 3 toppings and it had barely any toppings. The gluten free bruschetta was a single piece of gluten free toast cut up.Pizza X’s gluten free pizza is amazing and has a lot of toppings.
I had not been to this location in probably a decade if at all surprisingly. Our server was amazing!! She was friendly and good at her job. When I got confused on whether we pay at the table or counter and went to the counter the counter guy was not as pleasant and my server quickly helped me out. We just had cheese pizza and breadsticks but I don't mean we JUST had them. They were amazing and perfect!
It was my step son's birthday and they gave him a complimentary birthday chocolate cake! They are friendly, speed of service is great and the food is yum!
Food and service was great! Friendly people and the most delicious pizza I've had all week! Only thing that bothered me really was the music choice. Usually they have the regular restaurant.
I took 6 friends to this restaurant for my 26th birthday dinner on 11/13. I love the Diavolo pasta and it was away from the IU game traffic. We ordered 2 bottles of wine to share for the table. The server informed us that she, nor any of the serving staff were old enough to serve alcohol and she would need to ask her manager to bring it to the table. When she returned she informed us that the manager said he was “stopping all alcohol sales for the night” because he was too busy assisting the kitchen. I asked her to please ask him again because it was a special occasion and we would not require any refills so he would only have to bring the wine out the one time. In the meantime, I noticed that a man that was seated just after our group had a beer on his table. The server returned and said the manager said he would not be serving any alcohol tonight. We left. I understand that every business is understaffed right now, but I did not feel that I was asking too much. We were willing to be patient and communicated that to the server. Moreover, it was hypocritical that the manager served the older gentleman a beer, but not our table.
