first time there, drove clear from Danvill Illinois. prices were outrageous and barely got any food. husband got mahi mahi sandwich. 20 bucks. didnt even come with fries. those were SEPERATE. I got the less burger and fries. fries didnt even amount to a small order. my 2 yr old got grilled cheese. she didnt like it and ate a taste of it. not even a full bite and BARELY got any fries. the grilled cheese wasnt good so i dont blame her for not liking it. def not worth 9.25 for that meal! and there was no such thing as a "busy bag" the meal was supposes to come with. had to order another order of fries for her to have some kind of meal and was charged for them also. 60 bucks later not including tip, we all left hungry.

We stopped in today for lunch and were seated quickly by friendly staff.I had the 1/4 pound burger with bacon and an egg. I added a small order of onion rings. The burger was cooked to perfection. There was plenty of juicy, char grilled burger taste. The buns that are made in house were grilled and helped sop up those burger juices! The onion rings were cooked to perfection with a tasty crunchy batter.My only complaint was the egg was overcooked so the yolk didnt run over the burger, but this burger didnt need the extra flavor.
What a disappointment… First you have to order at the counter as soon as you come in so people were backed up to the door… You have to make a decision while standing and then pay your bill. My brother has disabilities and was very uncomfortable standing while we wait. There are no chili shooters anymore… The girl taking the order says they can’t find staff because college students are leaving town. Funny… College students leave town every year I never remember this happening before. Worst part… After they got the crowd all seated… Five or six of them stood around the counter and chatted… Ignoring all of the people sitting down, did not check for refills or act as if they had any responsibility for anything at that point. Was close enough that I could call out to them and they all looked at me like I had two heads. Was able to get a to-go box and drink for brother so they could resume socializing There’s a difference between being short staffed and not caring about your customers. There are people in Bloomington Indiana that need a job… Check the unemployment rate. Sorry to say yet another place ruined.
Waited at a table for over 40 minutes without the server coming back to take our order. This is not counting the time to get seated and paying for our drinks to get out of there without ordering. They did not have soft drinks (only tea and tap water). I had heard good things about this place but I’ll never come back.
How delightful! My family and I left on cloud nine. Everything about this place made us happy. From the chilli to to the waffle fries to the homemade pies, everything was perfect.The burgers are obviously the main focus and they don't disappoint. Best restaurant burger I've had in a long time.Every table had uno cards on it. My family had so much fun. We can't wait to go back.Special mention should be made for Nora. Such a bright personality. The entire staff seemed to be on point but Nora is something else. We are grateful that she took care of us.

Cute little burger place off the main thoroughfare. Decent food, clean and not overly crowded. Pace was pretty slow considering but still a good spot to grab a bite to eat. Shakes are very good.
