We are use to good service and food, but his time everything was basically a disaster.
BJs is understaffed like many places. It took an hour from when we ordered to get our food... when we got it is was cold and pretty blah. Was not impressed at all this time. Our server was ok she just had no control over the kitchen which was obviously in bad shape.
We stopped by for the 10 dollar burger special. We were seated quickly but the server seemed lackadaisical in getting to our table to order. After taking our order he went to the bar to watch a basketball game. We were oneof 4 tables in the place. 45 minutes later our burger and fries finally arrived. Cold fries. Dry burger. The flavor was good and it was relatively reasonable in price. But not worthy of a second visit or recommendation to anyone.
Always good food. You know what to expect.
DO NOT order online. First time we did...in the parking lot when our order was supposed to be ready... waited 45 minutes. Second time, decided to use doordash to deliver it.. driver arrived in the parking lot when it was supposed to be ready.. after waiting 35 minutes for the order... had to leave. Then another 30 minutes and we find out our order has been dropped and cancelled. So I call in and talk to the receptionist and she laughs that the kitchen is backed up about 1hr. and just says..."Sorry..." Save yourself the trouble and disappointment
This is the third time I’ve come to this establishment and each time the food has been cold and it takes over an hour to receive our food. The waitresses are very pleasant and do the best they can but it seems like the management ( Tim) doesn’t care about the way their food comes out. I figured I would give this place a chance and they have failed each time. Speaking to the manager was like speaking to the wall. He did not care or Even attempted to offer an apology. Along with dirty utensils and glasses.
Delish and price was reasonable for what we had
went out to lunch with a friend. Very clean environment. Server was very attentive & the food was delicious. 10/10 recommend the tri tip steak. Potato skins were okay, 5/10 the cheese tasted kinda like melted Kraft American cheese. But everything else was delicious.
The Jambalaya prepared by Master Chef “Devon” was comparable to a meal served at the last supper. The Blackened Shrimp - Perfection. Sautéed Chicken - Exhilarating. Overall a phenomenal experience for a man, woman, or critter of any age. The only disappoint I felt at all during the entirety of the meal is the fact I indeed did not have enough time on the clock to order a delectably, crispy-crunchy o’ so lovely Pizookie. No fault of the Brewhouse. It was due to a Comedy Attic reservation. Nikki, our garçon, did an exceptional job of keeping our beverages locked and loaded, creating a fun atmosphere, and delivering over expectations. A great, and enjoyable dinner. God bless.
We stopped in for a bite when we couldn’t decide where to go. The food was pretty good. We were very happy with the level of rare for the steaks. I would definitely recommend the Cobb salad as it was delicious. As people who have both worked in the food industry, we were impressed with the clean taste of the fryer oil. It really made a difference in appetizer taste. The food presentation was great, the customer service was average, pricing was average. I’d be interested to try the brews and brussel sprouts next time.
