Brunch Juice Bar & Smoothies American

I went here today when I was on a walk. The juice was delicious, the coffee was good as well, and the service was great. I think my server's name was Andrew, he was very kind and attentive. I ordered over medium eggs and they actually came out over medium (!!) which doesn't often happen when I order breakfast out. Additionally, the atmosphere here was really great. It was a very open space and I loved the plants inside. The tables and floors were clean as well. If I had to come up with a complaint it would be that the zucchini and yellow squash were a bit soggy, but it was made up for by how perfectly the potatoes were cooked. Overall a great experience and I would definitely come here again for a Sunday brunch.

All places I reviews start with 5 stars if they do as they say. However, for you I removed one star because I don't want to see your social cause (or politics) stance screaming at me in 1 foot letters when I arrive any more than I want to see it during a football game among millionaires. I removed another star because of your practice of charging a convenience fee, or whatever the phrase was that meant you were passing along the cost of my using a credit card. I had read this in comments before I arrived, so I waited to see if it would be mentioned. It was not. If you present a bill and then change its total without mentioning so (or why), that's a terrible lack of business etiquette. It borders on deception and unethical. Another two stars were removed for your condescending remarks to all the customers leaving low reviews. I read quite a few to make sure it wasn't just one or two people mad about something else, as you attempted to portray them. But after a number of poor remarks by you, you need to hear this: Treat your customers better-- including if they rate you low. You will not last if you don't change your ways and frankly, and at the moment you don't deserve to last.PS Our waitress was very friendly, and I'm sad for her that she wasn't trained to mention the convenience fee. Also, the food *was* tasty. Learn how to treat others and you will succeed.

My fiancé and I have visited Bedrak many many times in the last 18 months of me knowing of it's existence. The first time I ate there I cleared my plate within minutes. I got French toast bites, the cheesy hashbrowns and the sausage. So delicious! and I would venture to say that it was one of my favorite meals of all time. I literally only ever order that meal and have never tried anything else on the menu though. My fiancé has and didn't like some food so he orders the same as I do.Anyway, we were just there on Sunday with my two boys to celebrate Mothers day. We drove 1.5 hours to get to Bloomington from where we live. (Happy to do so.) Now, we ordered our meals, my youngest son wanted the kids French toast sticks and changed his mind from the hashbrowns to fruit as I was ordering to the server. The server took our order and we waited. When he brought our food out he noticed that they accidently gave my son the hashabrowns and the fruit too. I told my son the doesn't have to eat if he doesn't want to. I was honestly excited to eat the hashbrowns myself since they are so good. Then the server came back with a plate and told us, "sorry, I've actually got to take these". I had a bite of food in my mouth so I couldn't really say anything other than okay and I nodded. BUT I was flabbergasted! In all my many years as a server, if I accidently brought out a side of fries or whatever...that was my bad...and the customer just kept the food. Cool, they got an extra side for free due to my mistake. I have NEVER been served something extra by mistake and had the food taken from my plate. It is a comical matter, I am not upset. I just find it incredibly odd and inappropriate. I would have happily eaten the hashbrowns. I just thought a general rule-of-thumb is that if you get an extra food item by mistake that it's your lucky day and you get to enjoy it, not have it taken from your plate. I am generally a pretty shy, non complaining type of customer so I would never have asked the server why he did it...but I just thought it was odd so I wanted to speak my peace. Again, I like this place and will be back, happily. I don't mind the wait times or prices, because I love the meal I order. But just thought removing food brought out my mistake was so odd and should be brought to someone's attention so maybe it doesn't happen again. I understand not giving out free food. But it also could not have been re-served to a different table. and if so that is a entirely different conversation that needs to happen. Food should never be removed from someone's plate once it has been served. Thanks!! -A happy customer just expressing her concerns. Have a great day!

Creative, culinary breakfast at its local finest. Egg creations in as many ways as you like. Amazing omlets, benedicts, and pancakes with unique cofees for the most important meal of the day. Wonderful ambiance, excellent service, great location near the square. Don’t walk by this one.

Super slow. Food just okay - but not worth waiting over 2 hours to eat. 1 hour wait to be seated and 1:15 to get food once seated. Have tried this place a few times to give another chance (this was our first time back since before covid - was very slow before as well). Sadly we won’t be back. We love the idea of supporting local businesses and they have a nice environment though.

I typically don’t do this, but I was super upset with this cafe. We had to literally ask for everything. Hey, can we order? Can we get some napkins? Can we get refills? Can we get a box, a bag? Can we get our check? Nothing was ever offered, and our server was at our table twice. We had to flag him down multiple times because he truly did not make us feel taken care of at all. Super disappointed. :( I was also charged almost a $4 convenience fee to use my card to pay, and didn’t know this until the server gave my receipt to me and the price was higher than the original receipt I was given to pay. The hostess was SUPER friendly though! Very personable! Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

We've been here several times and the food is always so fresh and yummy. Service is never anything short of exceptional and everyone we've encountered has been friendly and kind. Our son loves the gluten free options as well, so it's a win for everyone.

Waiting staff was friendly and nice, portion sizes are not to bad. However food and atmosphere were rather bland. All together I would say it was a Eh experience.

This place has so much potential with very little effort. Come on Bedrak! Get it together. Service is slow for no reason. I was a server. Train them to work smart. Take orders, pick up checks and fill waters and coffee at the same time in your area. Don’t make so many senseless trips to the kitchen and register. Get them handheld payment. The food had potential to be good. I wish I had taken a picture of my husband’s omelette. It was a huge scramble with way too many veggies and was chalk brown, not too appealing to the eye. My Salmon Florentine Benedict could have been great. All it took was toasting the English muffin. My daughter got avocado toast she has been craving. Pepper flakes, glopped at one end, all on very plain Walmart toast for $12. Go to Uptown Cafe! Beautiful avocado toast on artisan bread. None are worth $12, but that one is better. Bedrak, my daughter and I were excited to find a new place near her new apartment next year. We might try one more time, but there are so many good places to be our staple for now. I know the pandemic has hit places hard, but you have the staff, patrons and nice facilities. Just tighten your ship up. There is a lot of money to be made at your location.

Mimosa flights, avocado toast, crapcake egg benedict biscuits and gravy with Family. Austin waited on us and great service man...P.s. Leticia, love the food.
