I gave this location a 1 star rating and afterwards you then invited me to share more about my visit at a website. I am posting this so you and others are informed, even though nowhere on your reciept was there any way you pass on information about your visit, I called your corporate that day and gave them the information about my experience including reciept number, location, date and time. I would have given them the employee information but whomever took my order did not enter their information...probably related to their performance and pride in their job. (Which I have never seen on a fast food receipt). I feel confident if you follow your reviews you can work on improvement. Good Luck, but I won't be back. You couldn't pay me to be treated that way again.
This location used to be really nice. Seems like it has went down hill. Service is extremely slow and after waiting for your food in the drive thru it is still cold. Too expensive for this kind of experience.
It would be faster to go to the store buy all the food, drive home, cook the food and eat it before you've even had the ability to order at this Arbys. Seriously it's that slow!
Management and team doesn’t seem to care about serving anyone at all in a timely or friendly manner, food is good but this location desperately needs help.For reference I waited at the ordering window for 10 minutes, 45 minutes total wait time. I have worked fast food and I would’ve been fired on the spot for letting someone wait ten minutes at the speaker, management is to blame.
Worst restaurant in Ellettsville. Took an hour to to get 6 peoples food out. Has two people working. One comes out sees people in the drive thru and says “oh we’re closed we close at 9”. Online says they close at 10.
Love Arbys! Drive through wasn't real busy! There was a sign on the drive thru menu board that they would be closing this evening due to shortage on staffing. That's so sad. Kids now a day just don't want to work. All the shootings & mayhem going on at this time, those people should put all their effort into getting jobs instead of causing chaos.
EVERYTIME we come the line is ALL the way backed up , the lobby is STILL closed for some reason even though everywhere else is opened . Arby’s is my favorite but not going back anymore cause it’s pointless .
Great sandwiches (Arby's cheddar and beef drenched in their Arby's sauce... Mmmmmm) BUT it's just way too expensive now... 2 for 5.... Becomes 2 for 6... Becomes 2 for 7.... Becomes 2 for too much sadly.
I’ve been in the drive-through for over 20 minutes. This is the slowest fast food place I’ve been to. Every time I visit I wait a ridiculous amount of time for over priced mediocre food.
An alright place, but the limited hours and lack of any b-fast at all really works me--even simple potato cakes! Also, typically wait times in the drive through are pretty lengthy for any fast food. Hopefully, it gets better again, which is why I put 3 stars instead of 2.
