They are very busy so food is generally fresh. They may mess your order up but staff is very kind and accommodating and they will fix it and make it right.
Arby's rocks. They give a military discount that is incredible. All military should visit them.
Their dining room was closed today not exactly sure why so I ended up waiting at least 20 minutes in the drive thru line just to find out their shake machine is down which is the only reason I was there.

It's an Arby's. It's hard to get into and hours have been weird with COVID, but the food is exactly what you would expect.
I visited Arby’s on E 3rd St on Thursday at 8pm. Google Maps says open 10am - 10pm. The sign in person says 11am - 7pm. Arby’s was closed.

I'm a woman. I have a child and I have a deep voice. On calls I'm called sir. No big deal. I say 'no I'm mam I have a deep voice lol' and we all get along and i get called mam.The woman in the drive thru ignored me when I told her this. Now when I go to the window she will not look at me. I got no apology. It's just kinda rude and cowardly, honestly. I won't be going back.
Better pack a lunch if you're ordering through the drive thru here. My average wait time was 15 to 20 minutes. It's a good thing there are other, (Fast Food), places all around this location. Arbys are their competitors best advertisement.
