Love this coffee shop wonderful customer service. The raspberry tea and chocolate cannolis was delicious!!
MUST GO! If you want a good cup of coffee, definitely go to Americano. DON’T go to Starbucks in Ellettsville. Go here instead, you’ll thank me later. They’ll make it however you want. You can tell the difference in coffee beans they use are better and the customer service is amazing.
Being from the west coast where there is hometown coffee on ever corner, I wasn't used to not having more then seemingly two places to choose from in Bloomington. When Americano opened, my life and bank account changed. This is my Favorite coffee in the area by far. The staff is friendly also! I highly suggest giving them a try. MUCH better then Starbucks ?
Ellettsvillians are thrilled to have a locally owned coffee shop (drive thru only) with coffees, teas, lattes, frappes, and more that are delicious & won't cost as much as other coffee shops. I haven't tried their cakes yet, but I've been told they're delicious. The service is fast and friendly. My granddaughter loves the cherry Italian sodas. They also have seasonal specialties. It's on your left if you're headed East on Hwy 46 toward Bloomington.
Came in today the man Miss understood what I wanted . I wanted a Carmel frappe not a cold brew caramel frappe when I was politely telling him it's not what I wanted. He started shaking and looked at me very angry was argumentative and as I was reaching across the driver to hand him back the drink . This man snatched it out of my hand I explained I’d like what the driver had but w caramel . He shut the window Abruptly . He didn’t return the new drink to me he had the young boy hand it out. It didn’t even taste like he put my double shot espresso in it ! Wow what a horrible horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place because he was pretty rude , the driver also agreed !! We both could not believe he was being like that Customer service means ALOT to me!!
Americano is hands down my favorite local coffee shop! The drinks and pastries are delicious and affordable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Their redbull superchargers and cannolis are my favorite! ?❤️
There was a long line when we got there, but it moved pretty quickly. This is a drive through only place. We only got lattes, but they were good. Will go again when in the area and try some food next time. The building is new and doesn't show up on street view, just as a heads up.
I looove trying local coffee shops around bloom, unfortunately this one isn’t very impressive. Decided to stop this Sunday morning, only to receive unfriendly service & not very tasty coffee! Definitely would’ve rather spent my 5 bucks on some starbs this morning!
My new favorite coffee shop! I heard about it on the radio (105.1 WHCC) and thought I’d try it out. I love that it has a drive thru, most local coffee shops don’t but the convenience is unbeatable. They’re menu surprised me with how large it was. I got a large, iced butter beer latte and it was delicious. Not too sweet, and the coffee was well made. This is certainly one of my new favorites. (I also love that it’s local and veteran owned!)
This is a great coffee shop. The people who run the place are very friendly. The line moves quickly and best of all the coffee is really good. I have had their white chocolate mocha in iced and hot version. Yummy!!The location is convenient for me. And I love supporting a small family owned business.If you are a fan of the big chain competition give Americano a try. Pretty certain you won't be disappointed.
