This place needs a whole lot of work. I ordered online and when I got there they had no idea about my order. They must have finally found it and said they'd be on it shortly. I got my cups (upcharge for large) and was told they didn't have any ice but the drinks were cold. No they weren't! Then after about 45 minutes we received our food. I ordered our fries to be well done, they weren't, wings to be extra done, they weren't. Just an all around terrible experience and waste of $60! I wont return. The employees were too busy to get outside and smoke and left one dude inside to handle to cooking and then had to manage the front. NOPE!
My husband and I love the food and service here. Our usual order is the all in bundle where it comes with wings, tenders and fries, and they are absolutely delicious, they never fail each time. On top of quality of food, the service is excellent, staff are always friendly. Our absolute go to at all times, we never get tired!
Wanted to pick up dinner two weeks ago. Walked in, spent 30 minutes in line with only two people in front of me at the counter. Walked out, did not successfully order. Very bad presentation, parking lot dirty. I know it's not the other businesses because military recruiters have to clean their area. Just a nasty spot, hard pass on future attempts. I forsee closure in 6 months or less.Update** got a letter from corporate apologizing and with a gift card. 5 dollars. I threw it out. Wasn't worth the gas of driving 10 miles, and I was still so turned off from original visit even a free meal wouldn't get me there. Unfortunate, but it was just nasty and a bad experience.
Ive gone two times so far and the experience was very different each time. The first time, the food was very fast and everything was pleasant in general. The second time, the food was extremely slow and the service seemed subpar. It could be good or it could be very awful. It’s very inconsistent to say the least.
This is the 3rd time I've eaten at this location, everytime something is wrong with the order as far as taste of the food. This visit I ordered a sweet Hawaiian sauce on wings per the recommendation of one of the workers. I ended up with a Asian sauce, All the wings didn't even have sauce on them, and they were kind of hard, not dry, but hard.
We've ordered online and ordered in person several times and had a wonderful experience. Everytime our service has been exceptional, very friendly, and quick service. Which is hard to come by anymore. Food has always tasted great and everything was in our order that we asked for.
This place is so over hyped. Bone end wings are dry like jerky sauces are not good at all. Picked up a order for my wife and she wanted to try a Hawaiian sauce and when we paid 25bucks for the meal the lady on the phone said oh we mix it with a Asian sauce how is that a Hawaiian sauce smh so she said I can give you different sauce on a new boneless wing order nope it's not worth the gas to try another order this place is not good scale for 1 out of 10 I give it a 1.5 the .5 is I feel sorry for the company and owner of the store and it's workers how about not fry your wings for 13mins because your wings come out burnt maybe need to check your fryers should of went to fazolis for wings or Buffalo wild wings never again wingstop if Rick Ross owned this place he would be embarrassed ? and shut it down
Excellent place to eat. I had garlic parmesan wings bone in. I like it with less garlic taste than the heavy garlic kind at Buffalo wings!! Also Korean Q and Spicy BBQ bone in wings a must try!!...All so good too! Oh! Fries with ranch dressing, extremely yummy!Try them... I dare ya!
Food and service was great. Was a first time and the flavor choices are different but really liked them from the "usual" wing sauce flavors. Hot and fast. Definitely plan to come back.
No ice, expensive, no tea, no trash can, and the wings were overcooked. There worse then little ceacers wings and that is sad! Being there a wings place!
