I would give 0 stars. Inside was freezing, took over 25 minutes to get the food and the food was cold, forgot items. Never been to a fast food place this bad.
Sandwich was fresh but there was a long wait and they were out of tomatos
Okay the workers were cool however, I'm just going to stop coming to THIS Wendy's here due to problems with my orders, today I have found a long brown hair in my strawberry lemonade towards the middle in side my cup, at first I didn't notice until I got to a half of cup down as I was drinking, I threw up, I'm just done with this, Out of all the Wendy's in Anderson, this Wendy's right here messed up my order multiple times and even other times in the pass My chicken sandwich dont be cooked all the way, I'm just sick of it. But thanks for trying.
A little slower, but they do a great job! They are very friendly, accommodating, and give great service overall. They don't skimp either!
The only thing the fries weren't hot. Otherwise the food was great and the person at the window was fast.
Hallway & bathroom floors were slippery/greasy. The fry guy wore his pants below his tush... luckily he did have grey underwear! The dining room had dirty tables but I was the only customer at 3:20pm.
Ordered via Door Dash for my home bound mother in law. (I’m in North Carolina). Door Dash did their job correctly but this location only fulfilled two of the three items. Called the store and they said they messed up and if we wanted to come pick up the missing item it would be no problem. Explained the situation and the manager suggested I should use Door Dash website to file a complaint and get the cost of the meal waived. Essentially said I should lie to Door Dash because of their mistake! Asked if they could deliver the missing item and was told no. If you want repeat customers you should fix the problem you caused. Take responsibility for your error!!!!!!
Spent 17 minutes after I paid in drive thru waiting on 3 jr bacon cheeseburgers and a frosty. No cars in front of me and 1 behind me.
Helpful staff. My young granddaughter didn't receive the sandwich exactly as she wanted. Even tho we were fixing the issue a manager brought out a new sandwich just the way she wanted! Above and beyond expectation. Thank you!
Had a 4 dollar bag and 5 dollar bag meal fries was warm not hot rest of the food on both meals cold so if your not fussy about what your food is like eat here
