I usually prefer Wendy's, but tonight they disappointed me. I mainly chose here over McDonald's because I was craving a frosty, but they're out of frostys. The app doesn't recognize that kids' meals are $2 after 4pm. There was no dipping sauce for the nuggets. But the WORST was when we got home and realized they'd given us moldy apples. There's no "use by" date on the container, so no way to know how old they were.
The Crew working tonight 7/24/22 @11pm deserve a raise!! I have been to this location several times late night. I usually order the same thing. 2 double stack biggie bag’s, both burgers with no onion and extra pickle, barbecue sauce for the nuggets & a refreshing dr. pepper to wash it down with. The women was very friendly and efficient!! She was very courteous when we needed to add more at the window. Our food came out hot and exactly what we ordered and how we ordered it. Not only that the burgers were delectable and visually appealing. They didn’t look like somebody slapped them together and threw them in a bag, like they during previous visits. Extremely Highly Impressed!! thank you for a great experience!
I spent over 25.00 to get all stale food will I never go back to this location. Also two employees was playing outside running through parking lot I almost hit one of them one employee had took the others phone smh maybe food could've been fresh if it wasn't so much horseplay going on.
The past two times I’ve gone here, it wasn’t worth it. The first time, their system was down so they weren’t taking orders. The second time I waited 30 minutes for a small order and it took two people to bring me my food. One to carry the bag and one to carry the drink. I didn’t receive a straw either. I don’t know if it’s terrible management, lousy workers, or short staffing but this location is severely lacking.
I walk over to Wendy’s to try the new Strawberry Frosty and when I walked into the store, an employee stared directly at me and turned back around. This employee then comes back to the front of the store with chicken patties in his bare hand with no gloves. The employee proceeds to finish his tasks without gloves or hand washing. The store should also work on the flies in the front of the store. The frosty was delicious and keep those machines working!
They have never been able to get an order right the first time. I just went there for the first time in months. They screwed up my order again. I should have known better.
Never understandable on intercom. They rush to much to get happy with my order and fries are always cold.
This location is seriously the worst. I cannot even begin to explain the amount of chances I have given them - each at least 6 months apart in hopes the staff has changed - not a single improvement ever. Husband recently went through the drive thru and absolutely everything was wrong. We will never be returning to that location and will never advise anyone to go there for a quick bite to eat. I never write reviews, but since I’ve given it several chances and not seen even the slightest improvement, I felt it was necessary.
Drive through person acted like a child mimicking me because they said their systems are down and I said okay. Don’t work in fast food if you want to be a child . Good customer service you shouldn’t have even said anything that makes the business look bad .
Ordered dbl cheese combo meal and fries were ice cold went in to get fresh fries while sitting out here waiting for my fresh fries took a bite of my hamburger and it was icy cold as well. Can't say that's been the best $13 I've ever spent not good Wendy's not good at all
