walked in with coupon for double bacnator buy one get one for $1.00, and I ordered a large French fry. the wait took forever. I don't live far from the restaurant but when I got home both sandwiches were singles and the fries were ice cold. so don't believe the hot and fresh guarantee.
Kelly and Megan (management team at Wendy's) are just phenomenal ? they handled a rush of 3 buses FULL of teen cheerleaders like it was NOTHING...

Person taking orders was very slow and easily confused. I was with a group of friends and nobodies order was correct. I ordered my sandwich with no onions and it came with nothing on it. The dining room had a smell like a floor drain was not properly plumbed. I will never go back.
Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Fruit flies everywhere and SOO slow. Wasn’t even busy. They need to concentrate on cleaning that nasty place up. I left before ordering as fruit flies were too much!!!
Took 15 minutes to get my drive thru order after I pulled to the door. Got cussed at by some fool about where I parked cuz he couldn't seem to sue his steering wheel in his work van. Oh what a day that was.
I went here on Tuesday (April 5, 2022) close to 8:00 p.m. We went through the drive though, even though there was a long line. The person took my order. When I got to the window, the total was not what I remember seeing on the drive through order screen. I can't confirm though, because I was given no receipt despite paying with a card. The person at the window could be heard yelling and screaming through the closed window. It didn't seem to be related to taking orders or anything related to work for that matter. When the order was ready (which actually was a reasonable amount of time), it was pretty much thrown in the car. Our food (fries, chili, and hamburger) was just barely warm. The cup with my Frosty was dirty. I have never had trouble with this Wendy's location or any Wendy's location honestly. I am very disappointed. :(
They always get my order wrong and it may just be bad luck but my nuggets are always lukewarm. If you go in I wouldn't expect fast service. The crew members are always very friendly but the manager I usually encounter is always complaining rather loudly about how her crew doesn't deserve the money they earn.
Was there to pick up a door dash order and since the dining room was closed at in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes and then was asked to pull off to side for them to bring order out. Didn't have all the items for the order! Sat there for another 15-20 minutes. Called the store and told them that I was still waiting for order just to be told that it had been sitting there for a while! Never brought order our! Drive thru worker was sitting in her car with headset on. As I drove away she got out of car to go back in! DON'T ORDER DOOR DASH FROM THE THIS WENDY'S! 18TH & SCATTERFIELD IN ANDERSON, INDIANA!
I pulled in and ordered my breakfast biscuits and gravy and season potatoes from Chesey at the #00002810 wendys. I waited 8 min roughly in line, not bad considering i was 4 cars back ahead of me. I pull up 2 the window and payed. She hands me my drink and goes back into the restaurant. Returns 5 min later 2 inform me they had no biscuits, and would I like croissant instead. To say the least im not happy at all with not being told before I paid that they couldn't make my order. So I paid 7.95 for my drink this morning. Hope you all have a better day then mine started off.
