Great experience..typically we go to the fishers location but decided since we were in Anderson we would give this one a try..glad we did..food was delicious. Steak cooked perfectly ..potato was a little undercooked but it was around 2:30 and it was not inedible. Service was great also!

This has to be the worst experience we have ever had. I get if they where short staffed but they had a employee every direction you looked. Order medium well 12 oz for my wife was burnt ordered 14 oz for myself and was able to eat maybe 10 oz of it the rest was a untrimmed steak silver skin and grizzle. Which was on the plate no one asked how our food was no one came and checked after we got our meal like normal. Just very disappointed in quality service .

Food is always good. Was disappointed that they were out of prime rib. Had to settle for the NY strip. Jessie was very attentive

Food is always great. Carry out service is always poor at best. Never ever ever can get an order right for 3 people. Who eats horseradish on catfish??????? Don’t give me lip service about how you never intend to let people down. Fix your problem. While your carry out workers are standing around they can be checking orders to make sure the orders are correct. It’s really laughable. we get carry out every week or two and have for a long time, only because the food is good. Over time there have been very few orders correct.

What a disappointment ?Waited 40 minutes for food after asking waitress three times about our food. Then being told they were out of sweet potatoes, which is all I ordered for dinner. We had a party of six and other tables around us for their food. Seems like our order was lost.We then asked to take it to go since we were late for a show. The waitress handed us Togo containers. When we got the bill, we had to wait for the manager to refund us the missing sweet potatoes. My husband ordered burger and fries, and they left off the fries. We had to ask for fries, which was only eight fries. This is pitiful and is not worth a 30 minute wait at 5:00.Will not be back. Maybe rethinking Texas Roadhouse all together.

We finally had an opportunity to stop in and eat here shortly after they opened for dinner. This restaurant is really popular and if you don't get here early you will be on a waiting list. So, looking at the menu we opted for the "fall off the bone" ribs. NOT disappointed at all. And we didn't need the knife at all and very good taste to top it off. Definitely looking forward to another dine in experience.

Server was great. Tried ordering three different items but none available. Received chicken that was not even what was ordered. Manager needs customer service training. As she advised they were closing soon and that was why it was crazy. When though we were sat an hour before closing.

I bought gift cards at Christmas and get a free app every month. We don’t eat meat, but the veggie plate is perfect for our plant-based diet(mostly vegetarian diet). The service is always great whether it’s dine on or carry out. The chain is a little loud with the music, so if I’m not feeling peopley I order carry out. The app makes it easy to do that.

amazing food and great service

We had to wait 50 minutes to be seated and we had to wait another 1hour and 15mins before we got our order. They didn’t give us rolls we had had to ask, and we had to get the plate for appetizer. Such a terrible service.
