I get the occasional overcooked/burned food item but very satisfied with orders normally.
My order is never right & when I do say something they act like I'm complaining to get something.. I have no problem paying for the correct food! Just pay attention to what you are making
Store hours state 7am. Sit in the drive-thru until 7:14 with no answer. If they don’t open at 7am then someone needs to change their hours. This isn’t the first time I’ve sat waiting either. Don’t go here if you plan on grabbing breakfast on the way into work.
Seem to forget food when it clearly says "box". Second time going back to get the order redone and again forgot most of the food and said they're not replacing the order.
The lady taking my order over the speaker was very hateful. It was lunch time and I asked if the breakfast box was all they offered (as far as boxes go) and she snapped, " We only sell those at breakfast!" I replied, "That's good to know but that's not what I asked but you have a nice day." and then drove away.
They open for breakfast at 7am I was there at 7am and I set there until 10 after with others behind me and not 1 person Acknowledged we were in the drive thru. The menu was lit up just not one person took my order
The lunch crew staff are amazing! Food always hot, fresh and cooked to perfection and staff are very friendly and kind.
I was there a week ago ordered 2 of the new taco pizzas haven't been back to To Taco Bell since they got rid of it Was told that they put pizza sauce on my taco pizza and they didn't slattered it in red sauce didn't put the sour cream on it that I paid for On either of them and then when I call to talk to a manager nobody answers the phone I have called 30 times in the past week and I get no answer when I call the restaurant and I will not be returning
Overpriced, less proportionate and they close the dining room way to early, if it's even open at all.I gave an overall 3 which I feel is generous.
We drive out of our way to come to this taco bell. Awesome staff and great customer service.
