Ordered 2 sandwiches on the app. Neither was ready at the pickup time, left condiments off the sandwiches, forgot a bag of chips, put on extra mayo when asked for less.

We ordered 6 subs online at 3:30pm for a family function, went to pick them up at the time the gave us. 4:55pm. They didn't even start on the sandwiches until we got to the restaurant and the girl at the counter decided to cop an attitude about how it was a "catering" order when we arrived for the pick up. It was NOT a catering order it was 6 sandwiches and you had an hour to make them. Seriously?!Then waited 20mins for them to actually do what we asked an HOUR ago. No one else was there, the restaurant was COMPLETELY empty. While waiting, no one showed up.Let me ask you this, what's the difference if a bus full of kids came and ordered? None.Extremely disappointed and honestly, offended.Very rude customer service and an employee with poor attitude.
