Same owner of this location and Scatterfield Road by Rose's refuses to accept coupons according to signs he posted "Due to high cost of food."When I called and asked him why he was the only Subway owner in town that does that he got short with me and hung up.I went to Main Street location and they were happy to take my coupon. Girl working there said they hear alot of complaints from people about those two Subways for refusing coupons. All other Anderson Subways accept coupons with no issues except for same owner of Broadway and N. Scatterfield.Food actually tasted fresher from Main Street anyway. I will never give the other two Subways any of my business due to the owners rudeness and refusal to accept corporate coupons.
One of the worst subs I have gotten from there bread was over baked tomatoes was. Darn near green lettuce was wilted ask for oil and vinegar and salt and pepper on a cold cut combo tasted like straight salt took 3 bites and tossed the foot long in the trash
Intake Manger for our office went to pick up subs for the office and came back for everyone with sandwiches. The white bread was ridiculously old and stale. Called to them (as if I haven't eaten at subway for the past 20 years.. also used to manage one in Huntley, IL for 2 years in High School) and the owner starts yelling at me telling me it was door dash's fault and I explained that they made the sandwiches in front of her at the store. Then she continues to tell me that the bread was made this morning and its all super fresh etc. I will upload the photo of mine so you can see how fresh it was but I couldn't even eat the end because I couldn't even tear it off. Also, lady. why would I bother to call and tell you it was stale AND write this review if it wasn't hard as a brick!I didn't ask for anything or want anything literally called to tell them to throw it away and not serve it to anyone else and then she starts telling me I am wrong, it is fresh and I don't know what I am talking about.. "do you want another one... come get it then!" she finally ends with as a solution. Do I want one? Yes - Do I want what I paid for... yes! Can I take the limited time left on my lunch to come back and pick it up.. No!Just trying to remember your slogan.. what was it again.. oh yeah "eat fresh" not "eat day old bread we couldn't sell yesterday" so screw the customers tomorrow and charge them a ridiculous full price for a sandwich when we know FULL WELL that all you are trying to do is .30 cents.. I mean bread! Literally bread - the absolute cheapest part of the sandwich.Get real and just be honest and stop serving old food to people bc of your chase for the almighty dollar. Myself and none of our staff will be back. I might mention we have 70 people in our office and I will send out an email to everyone with this review as well.
Very friendly and courteous staff. Nice clean and spacious, plenty of room for both placing orders as well as dining room area. Sandwiches are made to order and very good. Will certainly return. Support your local businesses. Buy Anderson!
Tried the spinach wrap, very good!
Excellent customer service by Kirstynn! She's always helpful and makes the best sandwiches!
It's Subway.! Very good.
Came all the way out here because there supise to be open at 9am. & there no one here ??
Discontinued some items that most others have. Hopefully their new location brings/adds some services that most other locations have.
Frequently does not participate in heavily advertised Subway promotions. I recommend the Subway off of Park Rd to save money.
