I love to get a bowl of fresh ingredients of pico de guyo, avocado and salsa
Love the food every time. The people are all a pleasure to talk with and they listen.
As delivery people it fooled not make sense we have to wait behind a long line a people before they start on my order. It took me 15 to 20 mins to get here, I had an order right next door that was ready when I got there but come next door to Qudoba and still had to wait for another 15 or more. You messing with our money. Your workers get paid by the hour, we get paid by delivery and if we have two orders the first order does not want to wait that long for their food. If anything, delivery is extending your revenue and profit margins because we are reaching people who are not spending over $5 a gal to drive into town just to pick up food and go home. Teach your Anderson store workers to do better. We have bills to pay and need to extend our income to meet our own ends.
Great fresh food, clean dining area and friendly service. Love this place.
This was our first time ordering from here. I spent a good 25-30 minutes trying to order online but kept getting this "card declined due to incorrect zip code/billing address". I tried different browsers, even the app. So, I called the store not knowing they don't take carry out orders & the lady was extremely rude & hateful. I told her the issue I was having & she said everyone else seems to be ordering just fine & basically hung up on me. I get working in restaurants can be stressful, I've been there. But no need to be rude, especially to potentially new customers!
One worker had open sores all over her arms and the other rubbed her bare arm across the food for the lady in front of us. Then she straight up asked the customer "do you want me to remake this?" THEN just grabbed the guacamole and sour cream off the top and globbed more on. On top of all that the restaurant was disgusting. It was literally the worst Qdoba we have ever been to.
Hattie went out of her way to help when they were closing. Greatly appreciate it!
Who ever is hiring at this qdoba needs to be fired. I LOVE qdoba, will chose to eat it over almost anything other fast food. I was stoked to know they were building a restaurant in anderson. However, the last few times I’ve been in the restaurant it has been a terrible experience. My food is almost always cold, none of the employees are serving with a smile, there was a WHOLE piece of avocado in the guacamole in my quesadilla, the floors are gross & so is the food line.I’m disappointed.
Spicy everythingLike everything, and eat it#noregrets
