OK I was fine with the 1 1/2 hour delivery time but the pizza came cold like they cook it hour before delivery and then sent it out I mean cook it 20 minutes prior to going out if we all knew it would be that long and I wish it told me somewhere it was coming via doordash
Ordered online and accidentally put pick up when I needed delivery. Called and the young man was very polite and fixed it. Food is always wonderful from here. Always a good experience here.
The pizza was fine and the staff hustled. Very pleased.
Tuscani Chicken Pasta Alfredo should have more than 5 very small pieces of chicken! I will stick with a real Italian restaurant for my chicken Pasta alfredo.
I called the store immediately to cancel my order after I realized I made a mistake and the app didn’t change the location after I told it to. The young lady on the phone answered after 2 minutes of waiting and said I’m sorry I’m busy. I’d you have more than a generic system for the store like for new orders press one, question about existing press 2 and anything else press 3, you should be able to take care of your customers at this point. The young lady said I will let them know to cancel your order but she didn’t. They ended up making my order and she I called back the person said “I can’t help you I don’t know how to cancel without calling the driver and that I need to call aback again” I should not be responsible to have to call be again after I called to get this fixed. This is horrible customer service. Do not make the consumer call back after your your employee says it will be fixed and the both should be trained to take care of the customer.
Excellent food and with less then an hour left before they closed, the waiter was friendly and very helpful in.the ordering process!
Order was incorrect. Katelyn the manager did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. So I took the pizza back and put it on their front step.
This is in appreciation for our awesome delivery driver Joe, we ordered pizzas for our clients and there was a change error. He left our clients home, then returned to let us know there had been a mistake and he owed us $10.That money belongs to our clients that are on a limited budget per month. So his honesty is very appreciated not only by our client's and myself (staff) but by our company is also very grateful.So I actually took money out of my own wallet and gave Joe the $10 he definitely deserves.
I had 16 wings and they were awful. 1 was fully covered in sauce, and the rest were hard and dry. The pizza was great though.
Well I ordered my 3 pizzas with extra cheese and extra sauce and I got neither. So I would recommend that whoever is making the pizzas to please read the instructions. I spent almost a 100 bucks on pizza and wings and neither of the 3 pizza were made with extra sauce or extra cheese. Very disappointing I would say.
