Pizza was cooked to order. Was hot and fresh when we got home still.
This is our usual location for picking up dinner when we don't feel like cooking, and we'll keep coming back because the food is tasty, our order is always correct, and the employees are friendly. And it's convenient to home and work!
Ordered food and the food was delivered and good. Low on drivers sure, but the man who delivered our food has delivered our food in the past is always nice and doing his best. Our favorite Pizza Hut location.
Last week ...I ordered a pizza ONLINE...on pizza hut app....I pais 21.96$ for delivery....I waited 45 min...no pizza...Looked online it said estimated wait time 35 min...No pizza was ever delivered...We drove down to pizza hut on Washington Street in Indianapolis In...Only to be told that we had to go through GM on door dash...to receive compensation for spending my money and never receiveing our food...Also...I am hypoglycemic( boarder line diabetic) I have to eat every two hours ...to regulate my blood sugar....Needless to say that bead left starving and broke and completely pet down by pizza Hut and DoorDash....I'll NEVER trust online orders again....thanks
The order taker service all of people. whose first language is definitely not english. Difficult to order. Then.when finally referred to location itsef, the young man said they do not have order service. When i gave him the number ... which was the nmber of that location, he hung up on me!!! Tonight our order wasn't correct. However the Manager Ashley, gave excellent customer service. Gave us a refund, as well as two free 2 liters! For making the correction so pleasant. We will definitely be returning, to try again!..
We went in for lunch. Our server was kind ,attentive, and I ur food came out fast and fresh. Worth dining in for sure.
Decent place to have your lunch. I enjoyed thin crust pizza and chicken wings with spicy garlic sauce. They are mouth-watering.
I ordered extra cheese and could not tell that it had extra cheese. There was little sauce, the pizza was dry and flavorless.
Our orders are typically good, but this time the wings were not tossed in the sauce. It looked like someone had just poured a tiny bit over a couple. Also, the marinara was set ON the cheese sticks, which were then crushed when the box was closed. There was a round, almost hole in the cheese sticks.
