Definitely don’t recommend go somewhere else if you want at least warm pizza I ordered 2 pizzas when I saw the estimated time of around 3 hours I tried calling to cancel I didn’t just call once either I called 15 times with no answer so I was forced to just except a cold pizza that was hard definitely was not worth the 30 something dollars I spent smh oh and yes it took almost 3 hours for me to get them
This wouldn't be a bad place to order pizza from if the people running the place had actually cared about it. I can't blame any of the employees for the amount of shortcomings this location has, even though they come across as if they don't care. There's constantly new ppl working there each time. This falls on management and anyone above that. It doesn't help that it's located off of the ghost town that is the mall. I cannot put into words how frustrating it is as a customer to have to deal with delivery and take out issues, contemplating why you keep ordering from there, and missing items you ordered. It's a waste of gas, a waste of effort, and a waste of time to be involved with this particular location. How food ends up being ok through all of this surprises me.
Almost hard as a rock on one side and so soft it flattened and fell apart on the other. Covered in bubbles, and missing toppings. Flavor is there I guess so you nailed that and the stuffed crust is good but dang.
Papa John's used to be my favorite not anymore. They didn't put anything at all on our pizza it should of just been a cheese with all the stuff it was missing. Very disappointed at the money we lost here. Take your money elsewhere
I was door dashing and the workers were super nice, but they messed up an order and had to wait 20 extra minutes even though they told me it would only be 10.
Bad service plain out rude people, didn't take my order right, didn't give me time to choose my toppings for my pizza's, then didn't take my 35% off from the hotel I'm staying at it was a special deal on my key card, and they didnt give me any more time to order anything else, I'm very upset, don't order from there in my opinion.
I live right by here and have ordered several times and so far my food has been hot and accurate. The food is almost always ready quickly. I maybe had 1 or to concerns of which were not serious.
