Ordered on door dash. Says they were taking orders until 1:40. Dasher gets to restaurant and my order is canceled. Same happened with the McDonald’s on commerce rd in Daleville.
I have waited two hours for them to serve me and another hour for them to give me food and they don't have hot and spicy,

They were SUPER understaffed but so kind since my friend & i came understanding... that’s really all it takes. Gave us Large fries & drinks instead of mediums, all of our sauces were in the bag, & they didn’t even charge us for everything! You can tell they were very stressed but were handling it the best they could & I couldn’t ask for more. :)
Went for breakfast. Went to the drive thru and expected a long wait, but was surprised at how quickly we got through. Our order was wrong, but they fixed it for us. My youngest is a bacon eater and was happy to be able to order "just bacon"
Placed the order online while in a long line.Got to the speaker and said "I have online order. Here's the code"Drove through like normal. Got my receipt, second window told me to go to lane 3.Sat there for a few long minutes before someone came out and asked about my order.Placed at 453 while pulling up to the speaker.Left there at 519!Unacceptable and they offered nothing to remedy this. Will not patron this establishment again
Rude slow service. Food not well prepared. There was barely a suggestion of the fixings that should have been on the big mac.
I pulled up at 2am to get a large fry for my girl. It took 30 mins to get that large fry at 2am. Horrible would give 0 stars if I could
The line did move a little slow, however there were many cars lined up as it was 5pm. 5 stars though because I was in line for probably 5 minutes maybe a few more than and the food quality was as expected. Warm, fresh, and correctly made. Solid job, thanks.
Every time I go to McDonald's it never fails either I get something I didn't order or my food is cold or not fresh I would never ever recommend anyone going to McDonald's especially in Anderson Indiana ?????????????????????
