Morning staff is AMAZING ? but the staff in the evening need to get it together. The couple times I've been there in the evenings it's been busy so I get having multiple people pull forward but if you're going to make me wait for my food, at least make it good and when I ask for extra pickles I mean extra not just 2 more than you normally would put on there ? this would be the best mcdonalds in town if the people in the evening would actually care about the quality of their work.
Very nice store with polite and friendly staff. I hadn't been to this store in decades and was pleasantly surprised to find it far better than the other stores in town. Support your local businesses. Buy Anderson!!
Food is fine just the wait but they do be busy as hell
Everytime I come here my order is either missing something, cold when I order cook to order or the food is made wrong! I love the General Manager but she can’t do it all. Regardless if I pay $1 or $30 I want everything the right way.
As usual this McDonald’s always under fills fry containers. $25.00 for three Big Macs and three large fry and I didn’t get what I paid for cold burger’s and warm fries.
Pizzahut was the last straw. Running in circles like always. If you can make this better and less complicated would be great thank you and hope to have this problem fixed soon.
Detroit big Mac tasted completely different than Indiana.. Much less lettuce and sauce on it and it was like the bun was toasted.
It's McDonald's, it is what it is, but the lines are ridiculous and then in McDonald's fashion, you won't always get the right order.I must also mention the fact that if you go at night you better have cash on you because they won't take any cards.
I absolutely love this mcdonalds, i come here almost every morning for my coffee. the only problem i have is that every time i doordash from mcdonalds i NEVER get straws i understand its not a big deal but i bet it’s happening to other people as well. all i ask is please give straws.
I stopped here on my way home and picked up some food for dinner. They were really busy so it took a few minutes to get my order. Partly my fault, but I didn't check my order before I left because I was in a hurry. When I got home I realized I was shorted a sandwich, so I called back to let them know and talked to a manager named Rodney and let him know I was missing a sandwich, he was very apologetic, and told me at my convenience to stop in and let them know I had been shorted and if he wasn't working to let them know he said to make it right. Next time I was in the area I stopped in and let them know what he had said, and actually I wasn't sure what to expect. To my surprise as soon as I told them what he said, the were as apologetic as Rodney was and promptly made it right. Even though a mistake was made on their part and mine, ( check your order before you leave. ) I was very pleased with how it was taken care of. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. Thanks Rodney for the way you handled my situation.
