Fried chicken is excellent but customer service and attitude of employees are at the bottom of a Bismall time in customer service I seen no real leadership poor at best and a new customer is almost guaranteed to be confused about where to receive food and with whom to communicate but on the bright side just a Lil effort would put them rite in the hunt for top 5 in the customer service race but is still a poor showing in my opinion
I hadn't had Lee's chicken since I lived in new castle which was at least 7 years ago and it was as good as I remember it being. Very yummy. My fiance and 2 year old daughter loved it as well and they had never had Lee's before.
I had a fantastic dinner experience dining in at Lee's Chicken!! The service was prompt and friendly and the food was hot and delicious. I even had leftovers. Great value for the money. Highly recommend to family and friends!! ?
I had looked at the menu online and thought I was looking at the local Lee's Famous Recipe on 29th st. in Anderson. So I was disappointed when I went through the drive-thru and they didn't have red beans and rice, fried pickles, okra, etc.But what I DID get was good.
I just finished buying groceries and smelled the fried chicken across the parking lot. Oh my gosh. I had to have it. It was really good.
Order/Cashier can't hear well behind the giant plexiglass wall! They need to install a voice activated speaker so the order/s and customers name can be clearly understood. I gave the cashier my order three times with multiple clarifications and my name spelling it out for her and she still got it wrong!!Lee’s is VERY expensive for what you get and the sides aren't properly seasoned and there isn't any salt or pepper at the tables. You must ask for every possible seasoning and condiments you may require when picking up your order ! !It was a 30 minute drive to get to Lee’s and check it out. A valuable experience we won't be repeating.
Whoever told me on the phone u would be open 15till close and u were not can get bent
I live 25 minutes away from the restaurant. A few days ago, ordered for pickup. Drove to restaurant, picked up food, drove back home. Missing two large sides. Called restaurant. Person who packed the order apologized for the missing sides, and told us to come back in and they would provide the sides plus some chicken to make up for the trouble. Told them we couldn't come back that day, but person said they would make a note and we could come back in anytime in the next couple of weeks.Today, my wife went in to restaurant with receipt. Employee said she was not providing food, because "it doesn't work that way". My wife asked to speak with the owner and was told "she's not here". Asked when owner would be in, and employee tried to pretend she didn't know, but finally admitted she would likely be there tomorrow (Friday the 7th)I am placing this review in multiple locations. I will be calling the restaurant when the owner is there and will update this review depending on the response. And THAT, ma'am, is "how this works".=====================================Here is my answer to the obviously unsatisfactory response from owner:IF that is in fact your policy, YOU are not following it, because it was your employee who did not:1. Tell us that policy when we called2. Take our address and mail us a card.So please tell me: where does the problem lie? With me the customer? Or with you as a business owner who does not take care of the customer when you fail to follow your own policies?(Review now dropped to one star)
Chicken is always good cole slaw sweet tea best intown
On the eve before New Years 2022 did not feel like cooking. The next best thing (actually best) went to Lee’s chicken! Had chicken breast along with dumplings for New Years Day, it was wonderful! We did cheat and ate some that evening because it smelled so good!!! Thank you for saving the day Lee’s!
