Paul Bechtel was amazing tonight 7/12/22. A couple yrs ago I came here and swore I'd never be back. Well we got gift cards for Christmas so came tonight. While we were surprised there was no chocolate fountain and ice cream was down. I saw pieces of a cotton candy looking machine? Wondering if something is in the works for dessert. Had lots of pies to choose from tonight. The grill guy was doing great! Actually gave my husband man size steak! Food was delicious. We had an issue paying, and Paul was calm and collected, even managed to talk to my young kids while getting things fixed for us. Thank you sir for going above and beyond! You have gained our service! We will return soon.
Was busy but everything was kept up from food to tables. We had a very attentive server. Food was good. Found myself eating more than I had in a long time at a Golden Corral. It's a distance away from home, but I suspect we will go back at some point because it was a positive experience.
I can only give you 2 stars because although the food was good and the service was decent....the bathrooms were filthy. The floors were full of water like a toilet may have overflowed and all toilets had either urine or "something else" on the seats. We are not from Anderson and I have children so when we left we had to stop at another place to use the bathrooms before we hit the highway....they were really that filthy. Dirty bathrooms in a restaurant is a deal breaker for me. A dirty bathroom speaks volumes about the cleanliness of the restaurant.
Always very good. They have good seafood salad , the fried chicken was very juicy and fresh. Salad bar with all the fresh fruit was on point today as well too. I definitely ate too much. Lol, I need to realize it is all you can eat but not a contest on how much I can eat!?
Very unfriendly. Did not get greeted once by employees. Had to get our own refills. Also had to clear off own table. Employee seemed to rather be on phone then at work. Food selection was poor. Had to clean own table off. Bathrooms were disgusting and seemed to have not get cleaned very well at all
Not great variety of food on buffet, what was there was good. Waitress must have been new, plates stacked up a lot, everyone around us too. She never took tray that drinks were on. Refills on drinks were slim.
So this rating is online ordering and pick up only. It was fast they gave me good sized portions. We ordered family it really did do about 3-4 servings. They had it ready threw in cookies were so nice and friendly. Will definitely order from them again. Was a little pricey, I also tipped well but they deserved it for sure.
Busy..but mothers weekend so somewhat understandable at 2:30 pm..the nice thing about it being busy is that the food was fresh and hot..the were busting it out as fast as they could. Doing a great job!
Clean. Great fresh food. And REAL mashed potatoes! Great service from out waiter, Mike. Best food I've had since before the pandemic. It seems today's norm isnt what it used to be at most food establishments, but Golden Corral hasn't missed a step! We'll be back! I Highly recommend!
Staff was friendly and our server was very attentive. Salad bar was nice and fresh and well stocked. The ice cream machine wasn’t working. The desserts as well as most of the hot food was not filled and some of what was available didn’t look very appetizing. Had to wait a long time to get a steak. Fresh food was dumped on top of old food. Men’s bathroom needs a good scrubbing.
