Don't even consider going to Olive Garden if one of these is in town. The food is less expensive, it tastes better, great bread sticks and I've always had much faster service with Fazolis.Overall just better bang for your buck with higher food quality and quantity.

I've been here dozens of times on my lunch break and no matter the conditions of their situation, be it short staffed or just busy, they've always been pleasant and prompt with my service. I always appreciate coming to this location for fresh and delicious food. I'd give it more stars but then someone might think I'm lying. ? great place, great staff, great food, can't ask foruch more than that. ???
Very disappointed, as I had Fazoli’s at another Indiana Location a year ago and it was amazing! Received my food from the Anderson, IN location today and this is how my wing looked and received the below pasta instead of pesto pasta!!! Manager had a nasty attitude, claims I will get a refund! I better or else I am going to my bank!! Very bad experience!! Even told her I could bring food back to the store!! Pasta looks all desholved in tray, and no Pesto at all!!! Wish I could give zero stars!!
Their breadsticks are so much better than Olive garden and there prices are too love it, they also have a lunch special Monday through Friday from 11:00 to 1:30 you can get an entree salad breadsticks and drink for $5.99
They are usually and ok fast food place, but my recent visit was not so good. It went like this. Monday night I ordered bacon chicken ranch salad. What I got was bacon chicken pasta after I had to pull up and wait 5 minutes. I still wanted my salad so I go back after work Tuesday and ordered salad waited 5 minutes and got home to no tomatoes or cheese on salad. Call store and was told they didn't have these ingredients.Well tell me before I order. Just sad
Food was warm and delicious. Breadsticks were plentiful. Everyone was friendly from the time we got there when an employee held the door open for me and my walker. This made getting into the restaurant so much easier. We had trouble with the gift card and manager Christen went above and beyond to help us even though it was the fault of the place where we bought it.
Understaffed it seemed but that's normal these days. Food was certainly very good and breadsticks were hot and garlicky!! Only thing that needs improvement is walking around to offer breadsticks to people...I got up twice to get more.
Went through drive thru and the employees had bad attitude. I asked for a cup of water and they gave me a kid size when I am clearly an adult and will drink more than that. I asked for a bigger size and they stated they could not give it to be and I’d have to pay? I stated that I’ve never paid for a large water. Breadsticks were hard as rock and cold; whoever the lady was in the drive through was completely rude and had a rude attitude. Portions were smaller than normal.
845 pm Wednesday evening ordered food got food salad small but was the best part of the whole meal bread sticks ice cold spaghetti cold staff rude won't be back anytime soon was going to speak to management but won't due to staff not checking on me at all. Staff members look as if they have just hired them off the street dirty blue jeans. This place has went down hill since my last visit. Won't be back ever
