Fun place. Husband wanted wings. They had big variety of toppings for wings and I had an entree which was NOT WINGS! GOOD MEAL!
Just tried to dine at the Anderson restaurant. Had to wait several minutes to be seated when we arrived. 1 server was covering all stations while her coworkers were outside. She wipes our table and seats us and then we wait several more minutes while for a lackadaisical server to take our drink order. The Dr. Pepper was so weak that it was the color of dirty dishwater and this girl felt it was ok to bring 2 glasses to our table. THEN we sat for even longer because she ran right back outside. We left after waiting for so long. We'll find another restaurant that understands customer service. Sadly I've come to expect very little from the restaurant.
Arrived at restaurant, waited a while to place our order, waitress, Kelsey, appoliged for the delay but said there was only 2 servers. We ordered drinks and food at the same time. 40 minutes later, I flagged Kelsey down to ask about our food. She said it was coming right up. I stated that other people that had arrived after us were already eating. She said I know right? We waited another 10 minutes, still no food. Kelsey came over and said our wings had been sent to another table, but our nachos were on their way out. Then she came by and said our bill would be taken care of. Still no food. We waited another 10 minutes, no food, we left. What has happened to service and pride in what you do for a living?
Food was barely above average.Tater - tots and onion rings were very good! Salsa and fries ok.I went to a chicken wing place and ordered a burger that was my mistake. The burger was bland and the bun slightly stale.Staff was excellent!!!!!Seated, order taken within 5 minutes!!!! Waitress knew her menu! Explained the menu options perfectly. I tipped her well.
I’ve always enjoyed wings and food from Bdubs. I’ve ordered from this location (Anderson Indiana) a few times and ALWAYS have issues. Once waiting over 40 minutes for my wings dining in, once waiting 30 minutes longer than what I was told for pick up and they were cold, once was given wrong wing type and flavors and took calling corporate 3 times and few weeks before refund was finally given back, and last but not least them forgetting my wings completely and only giving me my Nachos. I get it’s busy there, but to wait so long and always getting orders wrong is not professional.
Waitress obviously on drugs took forever just to get water then another person not even waitress came and took our order
Tonight was especially bad. The server in our section ignored us and another table. The other table left because she never showed. I had to complain to get another server. We waited over 10 minutes just to get drinks. Food was good, but ther service was absolutely trash.
It was four of us there for dinner we had four different varieties of food and I believe that nobody was actually happy with any of it their food is not very good I guess you have to have a special taste buds for it. I hadn't been in years and the last time I was there it was no different the food was awful our waitress was really good at what she did but for overall I give it a one star. And the noise level in there is well unbearable but it would be my last trip there I could think of a hundred different better places to go.
Door dash didn't deliver the order so I decided to go myself.. everything was great until I looked at the burger single instead DBL and cold fries asked for Mayo and got a cup with a girls nail in it
Slow service. Server hardly spoke to us. My husband had to go ask for silverware and napkins after our food was brought to us. My husband received no ranch or blue cheese with his wings. When we asked the server about it he told us he’d have to ring us up and charge us for it. Absolutely ridiculous. We won’t return.
