Good food and nice employees but if you eat inside be prepared because it's always really hot inside.
Fries were over cooked slightly, but the biggest complaint is a problem I always have: ordering a sandwich with no onion and when it get it, seems like extra onion

Great staff, clean all the way around. Secret: Dine in or carrying out is the faster way to go, but you'll get the same Great food and service anyway you choose to do.Side note: Ask about The Tower and see if you want to give it a crack.
Went to Arby’s drive-through tonight at about 1230 order some sliders some fries. no other customers at the restaurant not aware they were closing at 1am I ordered a turnover that turned up to be hard and cold fries were old cold mushy hard nasty all in one we leave come back up to the speaker to let them know about the fries she tells me to hold on. While no other customers in line. this is probably like 1240am pull up to the window for her to tell me she’s sorry she was in the bathroom still no customers in line I asked if we could get fresh fries considering we paid two dollars for fries that were uneditable so she got the manager the manager comes back slams a window in my face after looking at the fries brings me another thing of fries and then shut the lights off on me. I was trying to let him know that those fries were not fresh he just went and got the same fries that he had given us originally that had been sitting there not even warm and then shut the lights off on us.! stack like they’re close I pull off at 12:45 not supposed to close until 1 AM and now there’s other customers across the street there with the lights on very disappointed very rude poor satisfaction for customer service for food quality lazy and unsanitary unprofessional I am very very embarrassed for the management.
Freshest curly fries and 1/2 pound beef cheddar ever. Fast service and clean.
Ran out to the 53rd street location to grab lunch was having a terrible morning until I was helped by the most adorable and amazing lady ? she was so very kind she turned my whole day around ❤ thank you ?P.S. Give her a raise she's a diamond ?
Ended up in the ER, given 2 different types of anti-nausea meds, GI Lanican numbing med to drink, Hooke to IV, sent for a dye scan. couldn't stop for almost 1.5 days, Terrible
First, it has been a while since I have been to Arby's.Her order was wrong. My sandwich was advertised with more meat than was actually on the sandwich. The drinking fountain kept leaking water when filling my Dr. Pepper. They did replace my wife's sandwich.I hope it is just this store as I am not ready to try Arby's soon.
Staff was pleasant, place was clean. We love the new fish sandwiches, but don't bother with the spicy one. It's just the regular fish with chopped jalapenos.
