This was one of the few places open near our hotel at 8:30PM, so we thought we would try it. I grew up in Chicago and this place’s hot dogs were average at best. Two of our orders were missing things we requested like relish and peppers. The fries were soggy and not good at all. The hot dog itself was ok, but the bun was soggy since they cram everything into a small box. Chicago has lots of places with great hot dogs, but this isn’t one of them.
Very unique. Food was very good and fast service.

It’s been a long time since the last time I went here in Superdawg. I just went here recently, and it was so much fun since I was with my friends. The picnic tables really have such a vibe, and for me, it is the only fast food restaurant that has these kinds of picnic tables that I could really enjoy while eating their amazing food. Their parking is spacious, as are their picnic tables. I mean, there is a lot of available space even after the fact that there are a lot of customers on that particular day. The service was quite fast, and the server was really nice and friendly. My friend and I got different orders, and mine was just basically the superdawg with fries. I really like the idea of them serving the food in a box, and even if mine was kind of a mess to eat because some fell when I bit into it, I would not really make a mess since the box is really helpful. Their superdawg is really good, and it was so satisfying to eat it after a long time of not being able to eat it. Their fries are also good. It is smaller than the usual fries, but it still tastes the same, and in fact, their fries even taste better, as they are perfectly seasoned, soft, and crispy.
My review is not based on the food which is 5 stars but by the rude customer service we received by Bright B. We were next in line looking at the menu when Bright asked if my wife and I were together and I replied yes and she immediately asked the gentleman behind us to take his order. We were ready to order when she asked. I waited for the gentleman that she let skip in line to finish when I approached her and asked her why she didn’t want to take our order. She only replied rudely that she was ready to take or order now. She did not apologize to my wife and I and continued to rush us through our order. I would not have left a one star review had Bright not been so rude with us.

My son's dad and I went to get hot dogs, and we both loved our food- the place is so cute and surprisingly large. We were driving by and had to turn around once we saw this adorable neon lit hot dog drive up. Definitely recommend checking them out!
-RAW BURGER-.. The cooks at superdawg thought it was suitable to serve RAW MEAT today. My Hamburger was literally the color Pink inside. I spent $28 for 2 hotdogs and one uncooked RAW Hamburger. I had to waste my time gas driving back to the restaurant for a refund. My biggest concern is my health/getting sick after eating uncooked RAW MEAT!!!
Best hot dogs and fries any place. Always fast and they love veterans. Have not had the other items.
