I start being a regular here everyday since Daniel is very extremely nice and makes my day! He remembers my name and my exact order without asking! He always has a smile no matter what and such good services! I will drive across town to get this service!
Either their dining room is closed and the drive-through is open or the drive-through is closed and the dining room is open maybe somebody from corporate should put the store out of their misery because nobody ever wants to work here there must be something wrong.

When it’s open, this is a nice Starbucks to relax in and read a good book while having a coffee. Unfortunately, they close the cafe and become drive in only on a random basis and don’t update on google. Their hours also change, and again they don’t update them here on google. You have to call each day to see how late they’re open and to check if the cafe is open. Labor shortages probably have something to do with this, but is it really that hard to update your business status on google when you open in the morning?

I live next to the Starbucks on Dundee, but drive out of the way to this location because the staff are always so wonderful and my drinks always taste great! I LOVE this Starbucks ?Be sweet to your service workers! (Especially in a pandemic! Remember these mandates and shortages are not the employees fault!)

At this point, I've come to this location multiple times to be inconvenienced. My last visit, their drive thru was closed and a sign said you had to go inside. That's no problem so I parked to go inside and get to the door & it says they're closed 2 hours before they have it posted they'll be closed. Now today, I've called 3 times to confirm whether or not they're open since the scheduled times seem to change daily and there was no answer so I didn't even bother driving there. I checked the location on ubereats and it says they're closed. Why are they closed on a Monday 2 hours before closing AGAIN? I don't know but I'm not returning to this location to be inconvenienced again.

Absolutely the worst customer experience. I asked for a straw, and an employee named Karen just threw it in my direction. I asked for another straw, and she chucked it in my direction without acknowledging me. I was so upset that I asked for her name or to speak with the manager, and they continued to ignore me and treated me like I was completely invisible. I am absolutely disgusted by the service at this location, and I will not be coming back again.
