I love the location because I live across the street so love that! However, weather I’m dining outside or drive through this staff doesn’t get it right. First off everyone is either rude or half asleep. The customer service is 0! The patio area outside is disgusting. The Table tops are dirty and sticky, I don’t understand why they don’t have a garbage can outside?Empty cups and extra trash on the floors or on tables. It’s pretty obvious they don’t go out there and wipe up the tables and arrange the chairs and tables.
Horrific! Placed order in Drive-Thru and after paying they advise they just started brewing my coffee. Asked me to pull in front and told it would be brought out to me. They never came out. Twenty minutes later I went inside an was told they were too busy to bring to me. They weren't that busy an could easily spare 15 seconds to bring me my drink. Add the fact they are constantly out of things (splenda, ice coffee) it's time to start going to Dunkin.
bad service / rude team members ! thenomly consistent thing about this starbucks is how inconsistent they are in every category. this is just over 2 years of experience being it is the closest location to my home. sad for starbucks...
Great place for hanging out and also to take the coffee and walk outside.
This location is the absolute worst. They are not efficient at all. I totally realize that there are shortages but for some reason THIS location has more outages of products than any other location hands down. One visit they even charged me and then came back and said “oh sorry we’re actually out”. They have a list of products outside and you think you can rely on it but they have even MORE out of stock. So you get in line just to find out they don’t have it and then you’re stuck in a 20 min line for no reason. I shared that it’s frustrating that the list out front isn’t complete and the manager just laughed.
Great location. I personally like going there to bring my computer and they have a large conference table so I can spread out a bit.
I have been sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes now just to find out they have no venti cups.
Great coffee and bagels experience at this Starbucks. My Pup loved her puppicinno as well. Seating is ok, wish there were more comfy lounging chairs. Everything was fresh and made to order.

Workers are kind and understanding. They are hardworking and do their best to make their customer feel welcomed. I always go to this Starbucks because of their high quality and service. Baristas are intelligent and just make my day!
