Normally I never have any issues with panda location. But tonight different story. I have 45 mim for my dinner break I go in to order my food 2 people in front of me, 2 people to fill the couples order while the guy infront of me and my self have to wait, thats not how they usually do it. One starts the order th4m passes to next worker. Any how its about 30 minutes before closing so not much to choose from. I ask how long on kung pay chicken? Was told few minutes. So I'm like ok. I wait and wait finally it's done. They dish up rest of my to go order. I get back to work to eat the chowmein is all mixed in woth the orange chicken and the kung pan chicken only had 1 piece of chicken all rest was zucchini and red peppers. I call and ask what happened and the girl said oh that's just how it came in the scoop. Sorry panda but that's a good way to lose a repeat customer. Sloppy service and I didn't order kung pao vegetables, I ordered kung pao chicken. You would at least try to get some chicken instead of just one piece.
I mean look at the beef broccoli served. Looks like broccoli with traces of beef.
Stopped making the cookies for kids meal but still charge the same price..? Not sure how that works, but disappointing when you’re trying to have a full kids meal.
Today I was greeted by Jimena she had excellent customer service skills and was great at multitasking, the staff and the location was outstanding, Props to the workers and Jimena had a great attitude at work, definitely showing the panda spirit. Jimena should definitely be rewarded to spotlight her skills
Best Panda Express around! Staff are friendly and polite! Food is hot and fresh and if they’re out if something they make it ASAP! Establishment is clean and inviting. I will happily visit this place over the Mt. Prospect and Palatine Pandas. They hands down make me happy every time. Thank you! ??
Jimena is a 5 star employee she went the extra mile she is an asset to your company and should be rewarded for her over the top service! The whole team tonight that closed on 01/30/22 deserves recognition! I called ahead and they were aware I was coming at 8:55 right before they closed at 9 and they welcomed me with excellent customer service and smiles! Me personally I would of been upset that someone would come in that last minute but the whole team when I got there was so friendly and happy to have me as a customer and the best experience I've ever had! Thank you Wheeling Panda Express if I could give you 10 stars I would you made my night!
Awfull food and service. The worst panda express ever. I paid extra for the premium entrees and they were cold and not good quality. The service was rude and awful. The steak taste like dog chow. Would give zero stars if it was possible
The worst place to eat! Oh wait… you can’t even eat there if you don’t have the “Nazi paper”!!!! And if you take the food out they will not give you utensils. Crappy place to go to. Food average
Few times I stoped by they have nothing to offer, I’ve worked at good chain restaurants and you don’t close a min earlier more stoped making what paying customers are wanting to eat on the menu. Unexceptional Panda!
Best kung Pao in the world…I love the fact that the veggies are always fresh…The associates at the Lincolnwood location are very very nice!????? golden stars to Panda Express ?
