Visited this location through the drive thru on Wednesday, April 27, at around 11:20pm. Cashier was rude when accepting my form of payment. I owed her $13 dollars and I handed her a $20 bill. She suspiciously took the bill and it took her a while to give me back my change. When she finally handed my change, she handed me a handful of folded $1 dollar bills. I took the bills and unfolded them. Right when I unfolded them her eyes widen and she went back to the cash register and took out another bill and handed it to me. I did not say anything about missing change. She right away saw that I noticed what she did and gave me my rest of the change silently. She tried to scam me. Even though it may not be a lot of money, I felt extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. This employee can not be trusted.
I stopped in to get a simple breakfast of an egg McMuffin and a coffee. I clearly ordered one egg McMuffin and a large coffee. When she told me my total, I thought it sounded quite expensive for two items. Turned out, she charged me for the breakfast meal with hash browns. I got the hash browns, which was good, but I didn't want them. If a customer says I would like one at McMuffin and a large coffee, the person taking the orders should not assume you're talking about a meal and try to upcharge you.The restaurant itself is newly remodeled and very nice. A few of the tables were dirty, but I was able to find a clean table. There's a very nice section for kids to play and their families to eat. Because of this, I think the dining room is a little smaller. Overall, it is a well decorated McDonald's, but for some reason they could not get a simple two item order correct.
Check every sandwich before you leave. Twice now I've gotten the wrong food. Validated with my receipt. They can't get orders correct
I ordered a Sausage McGriddle w cheese and no egg. They gave me an egg McGriddle w cheese and no sausage. Ticket literally says sausage McGriddle w cheese, nowhere does it say anything about egg. V confused on how this happens. I guess being able to listen and read aren’t requirements at McDonald’s anymore. Don’t get me wrong, it’s McDonald’s, and I don’t expect literally anything when going here, but cmon. This is ridiculous. How do you mess this up

If i could, i would leave ZERO stars. This McDonalds is 24/7 and its currently close! Its 11pm. Wow.
Not sure the guys name, but he had glasses. He is the sweetest and most awesomest worker I’ve seen at a McDonald’s. Goes above and beyond with a positive and friendly personality. I appreciate interacting with people like this. The other workers were nice as well tho I’ll add. Keep it up!
Great McDonalds is this restaurant.?% recommended to eat here they have amazing tastes and service. Employees are respectful and keep this place super clean I see always person cleaning an doing an amazing job sanitizing and trying to keep customers safe with a big smile. I live to come here and enjoy my breakfast or lunch with my family or friends, love this place❤Keep the good people working and doing great job ?%❤☕??????✔
Great staff and great manager but I hate the corporation itself and it needs to pay its workers and employees better!
