Ordered a pizza and sub today and was highly disappointed. Pizza was dry, hard and burned. Same with the sub.I felt sad for the money invested & that my kids didn’t get to enjoy their pizza.

I get almost-daily emails from Marco's offering one deal or another -- frinstance, BOGO Tuesday or E-gift cards. I like their merchandizing, I like their pizza, and I like the way they support the community with fundraisers. Good job, Marco's!
It’s Friday night, 7/9/21 around 9pm, I had called to inform Marco’s the wrong pizza was delivered…..the young man, EVAN who checked my order through their system confirmed that I did in fact order a different pizza, he immediately comforted my disappointment by making my problem a pleasant experience —he told me, he “will cook the correct pizza now and have it delivered”. —I just LOVE the fact, I didn’t have to ask to speak to a manger! HUGE THANKS to the young man who took my call, thank you for for your help EVAN! My husband and I are now looking forward to enjoying our Friday nite with the pizza we enjoy the most from Marco’s ……❤️
