Bar tender would not serve a hispanic man for apparently no reason at all. Seriously racist vibes. Disgusted they consider themselves an Irish establishment.
On a busy 4th of July weekend, our baseball team had time to kill between games and it was only 10 am. We googled and found the Redwood Inn and saw they were open at 7 am. They accommodated 30 of us by calling the cook back in as his shift had ended at 10 am! Julie the bartender served the whole bar and our party and the cook Antonio kept the pace in serving all of us in a timely manner! Great service and great place!Thank you from the whole Dirtbags Team and families!!
Good burger! 1/2 lb cooked to perfection with grilled onions.. Reubens sandwich 1/2 lb and delicious. Definitely be back. Friendly staff.
Amazing local treasure hidden right on Milwaukee Avenue.Honestly just the nicest, most welcoming people I've come across in a long time and the most delicious food I've had in ages.A wonderful place with a genuinely local feel.So glad we found this place.

A famous roadhouse. The fish fry all you can eat on Fridays. Wensday is chicken day. I have not tried it. The burger is excellent!
Great Wisconsin super club in wheeling. Perch fish fry on Fridays can't be beat.
Went in to the restaurant on Saturday. We were a party of six. The cook looked at us aggravated that we came in! Waited 15 minutes, still no server. The cook did not even bother to get us a server. They lost about $200 not serving us that night.
