So this KFC is part of a Taco Bell. When looking up food in the area, KFC shows as “open.” So I drove all the way out there just to find out that the KFC was closed, but the Taco Bell was open. What kind of sense does this make? They’re in the same building, it’s not like you can just have a breaker box for one half of the store. PS- upon my arrival there was a heavily intoxicated person simply standing at the drive through window. Consider better areas, and double check the times. Maybe even call if you feel so adventurous.

I'm Vegan and I went in to try the new beyond chicken nuggets! They were literally amazing! The staff was friendly, medium wait time in the drive through during dinner time. All of the food was fresh and delicious!

This place is one of the best dine in resto that I had ever gone to! Their place is so uniquely great. I first came here yesterday and I can definitely say that I would like to come back again. They have such great service. Their staff are friendly, kind, professional, accommodating, cooperative, and patient which is a good thing since I would always ask their opinion. also, they would talk to you properly and help you with their menu and even regarding about the place. I ordered their Mango brisk tea, Chicken nuggets, Grilled chicken, and mash potatoes. Definitely recommending those. The look of their KFC is neat as well, I came from the Philippines and it looks quite homey to be honest. Missed this restaurant. I would definitely like to go here again if ever I had my free time. thank you for the wonderful experience! Keep up the great work guys! Kudos!

I haven't been to a kfc in years but figured I'd try one tonight. The kid who took my order seemed to be a new hire which was fine. I ordered the famous bowl and the tender meal. I get my receipt and notice the famous bowl was $0.20 higher than the posted price. Tried asking him about it and he didn't know so he called his supervisor over. This is where my bad review comes into play. The lady tells me with an attitude that unless I order the meal that includes the cookie and drink, it's $0.20 more. Without raising my voice, I ask why no said said anything when I ordered as the alternate price was not posted on the board. Her response was that I need to learn to order better. Excuse me?! If something isn't posted or explained and you're charging more than the posted amount, you apologize and try to rectify the situation. I politely told her I didn't care about the $0.20 overcharge but I'll take the cookie and drink it should've come with since I'm paying more. She reluctantly gave them to me, then went and chewed out the poor kid taking orders for her own failure to train him well. Before my friend and I left we heard her tell the next guest "What do you want?!". Not "Welcome to KFC, may I take your order?", but a uncaring, angry, straight to the point question. False advertising and poor customer service, I don't see myself coming back

Horrible service, miserable evening staff, definitely worth skipping and going to the McDonald's next to it.

Pros: Everyone wearing masks, fast drive thru experience.Cons: No grilled chicken available, but that's fine. Worst thing is after they double check if they can do 8 pc bucket with only drums and thighs (which their location offers on UberEats), I asked for bucket mixed with original recipe and extra crisp, all drums and thighs. Got home and saw 1 wing, breast, and drum of original and 7 extra crisp in breasts and 2 drums. The food itself is acceptable. The service is follow-through is awful. Why say yes to drums and thighs, then not do it? Either way, no big deal since I actually much prefer Browns Chicken in the same area. Much better service, selection, and attention to detail for the exact same prices.

Associate/cashier charged 7.17 for 3 wings only. Menu shows 3 pc wing combo for 6.69! When cashier returned I pointed it out and asked that order be changed to 3-pc combo and difference be refunded. He did so reluctantly and offered no apology! (Food was fine).

This place is a combination KFC/Taco Bell. Food is what you would expect for fast food, not wonderful normally but great for when you're sad/depressed/stressed. Important tip: Check your order at their parking lot before you leave, they get orders wrong way too often.

The chicken tenders are very good but they can improve their sides.
