Came here after buying a dozen donuts next door. If you don't smell the sweet aroma from Wheeling Donuts, hoo boy. This place pretty much had me floating over after checking out the donuts.The inside is very small. There's seating for maybe 10-20 people, but it's tight. If you haven't taken the booth seats, they have plastic dividers between the seats. Their breakfast, lunch and dinner menus surround the order altar, and the pricing wasn't too bad in this market.I had a chicken burrito, which came with the complementary hot sauce and salsa verde. While some parts of the burrito didn't seem to be seasoned at all, the salsa verde was what hit the spot. The acidity and spice wasn't as strong as Hay Chihuahua in Lake Zurich, but from the amount, you can really adjust to your liking. Personally, I wanted to drink this if I had more.I have a feeling that some ingredients in there went missing like the rice and the beans since I only tasted that at the end, but the portions to price were acceptable. The burrito's overall girthiness prompts for two large bites.
I have been coming here off and on for 15 years and the tacos, burritos, tostadas have always been amazing but the only reason I rated them 4 stars was the disappointing service and pozole I had last weekend. It tasted like water and I could not believe the owner and head cook, Miguel, would ever let the dish leave his kitchen! Absolutely terrible soup.

I love the Fajitas and enchiladas here. Always on point with nice portions. Cozy atmosphere and very nice staff. Will make it a my regular joint !

By far one of the most authentic restaurants in Wheeling. It is a small place but the touch of seasoning on the food they serve is delicious. Lately their tortas got even better. This place never disappoints. Their diner plates of Lomo en Chile de árbol and Enchiladas are good. Many would say I can make it better but this is convenience and great flavor. I will always go back to this place.
