Google says they close at midnight. Placed an order at 9:40pm. Got a call at 9:50 notifying me that since they're closing at 10pm, they're cancelling my order. Why say you're closing at 10pm if you're going to stop filling orders before then!? If you're going to stop filling orders at 9:30, say you're going to stop filling orders at 9:30!
Online ordering was fine. Supposed to be car side delivery. Instead someone came out to tell me I had to go in. I went in and nobody was wearing a mask. When it was my turn, he told me my pizzas weren't ready yet, even though it was already past the latest time they should be and the app said they were done. It turns out they were ready, and sitting on a shelf waiting, but the guy didn't feel like giving them to me yet. When I got back, the pizzas were cut wrong and not all the way through, and fell apart while we cut them.
If I could give no stars I would.We ordered delivery on a Saturday night, and the first person (central dispatch I think, not the actual store) I talked to gave an ETA of roughly 40 minutes for it to be ready. We were staying about 10 minutes away, 12 tops.An hour later, I called the store directly, and they apologized for the delay, but said it would be ready within the next 30 minutes.ANOTHER 45 MINUTES LATER, when I called the store again, they rudely stated they couldn't refund without cancelling the order, and said if I wanted it for no charge, I could come in and pick it up myself; worst yet they were rushing to end the call and I had to tell them to hang on, before they hung up.The only positive was that the drive there was short, and they actually did reverse the charge.
This was the worst delivery experience I have ever had. I ordered for my daughter and her friends and it was supposed to be there by 7:00. They didn't show up until 8:00, it took forever to call and find out where they were. When they did show up part of the order was missing and the pizza was luke warm at best! The driver was nice & apologetic, but a phone call to update us would have been appreciated. They didn't offer to comp anything and never even said they were sorry. I will never order from them again!
I ordered a small pizza for carry out not to long ago. When I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong pizza. I tried calling plenty times but no one answered. I had no choice but to drive back and tell them about my order. When I told them they gave me the wrong order, the guy at the store basically told me to wait 20 minutes because he was going to take care of all the other carry outs first. Like wow, okay. So my order has to wait to be made bc they made a mistake? Not ok.
Food was cold. Website says it had a pickup window, but it does not. They also got our order wrong, and would only replace if we drove back to the restaurant and picked it up, or paid extra for a delivery (basically as much as our item cost). As a business owner, I would have comped a customer if it was my mistake. The person who I spoke with on the phone was snippy and obviously hadn’t been trained in customer service. I was new to trying this spot but won’t be back.
They pretty much never have drivers. Ordered 2 pizzas at 6pm, it’s 8:27pm and they haven’t arrived.What’s the point of offering delivery. This is not the staffs fault. If you see that you’re selling more and making more money, shouldn’t you offer a little more pay for drivers?Stop being so stingy and pay them what they deserve. This is like the 6th time this happens btw. Pizza is great, pasta is great but upper management needs to get their head of out their stuff.
No customer service at all here. We ordered delivery on the app this past Friday at 6:38PM and we didn’t get our food until 9:30PM. We order two medium pizzas and the part that was the most upsetting is we called the store multiple times with no answer. I ended up trying to call a nearby dominoes to see if they could get us an update because the tracker app wasn’t updating us at all. The person then called back and just essentially told me “it’ll come eventually” after he talked with them but the restaurant I ordered from couldn’t call me back with an update. We also submitted contact forms online and have not heard back.
I ordered a 'build your pizza' with my own preferred toppings, of course. I had it delivered. But some toppings werent put in. In the website it did not mention anything out of the ordinary either. When I tried contacting the store, I was on call for a long time without any response. Disappointed.
Hot, reasonably priced, good food....and feed! Staff the nicest peps ya gonna meet.
