I placed my order at 7:21 p.m., and promptly received a pickup time estimation of 7:30 p.m. via email. I got there at around 7:30 p.m., and started waiting for my burrito bowl.From where I was able to see, there were between three and five employees working in the back kitchen and at the assembly line at any point in time. They didn’t look like they were in full gear, as far as working goes.The maximum number of guests that there were in the lobby at any point in time was 21. Two of them were eating at a table, having already gotten their food; three were in line, ordering and paying for food; and 16 were waiting for their mobile-order pickup food to be made.I ended up having to stand in the lobby for 45 minutes, to pick up my food at 8:15 p.m.
Went here for a full decade but since last year it's all gone downhill. The guac is literally half full (which is fine, just charge half price!), all of the sides are missing, and man do you feel like an inconvenience to the employees when you dare to even step foot in the restaurant. This location has single handedly turned me off to Chipotle for a long time.
I've been coming to this location for at least 7 years. The new management needs some work. Most of the employees have been rude.And over the past couple weeks, on more than one occasion, the line is lined up to the door and two line workers (one also on cash) are struggling, leading to 10-15 min wait times.While this happens the guy manager working the grill just looks and watches the employees suffer and customers wait.Today, he came out from the back though, to make sure the business cards in the front were straight, with a line out the door around 8pm.I dont really leave negative reviews but man, coming here has been a drag lately.
The place messes up my mobile orders. Not one time in last several mobile orders was i happy. Too much rice, hardly any protein. No vegetables or salsa. I feel taken for granted. In restaurant orders are obviously made in front of you so are good. Sorry lost respect and trust unless the management has an explanation
For some reason, on Monday, February 21, 2022 approximately 8:30 pm, this store's chicken was salty.We brough three bowls - all chicken as the meat. The recipe was noticeably salty. Each bowl has mostly the same ingredients, lettuce, beans (pinto and another black), one bowl had fajitas, and the other two had cheese. We called the store phone number but their phone was only automated and couldn't leave any feedback.
Is Chipotle trying to save money on lids in order to be able to pay the unreasonable minimum wages for the incompetent workers? Order was delivered leaking all over the place. Who wraps bowls in foil??! Drinks are missing. I'm done with Chipotle.
I’ve stopped by this Chipotle location a few times recently to pick-up lunch while passing through the area. A solidly good place to get a good burrito or burrito bowl, and the food is usually fresh and tasty. Plus, they don’t tend to skimp on the portions either. Good quality and significant portions for a very reasonable price. Picked up food to go, so didn’t stay to eat. However, location was consistently clean each time I stopped by. Service was decent albeit a little distant and subdued. During each of the times that I visited, most of the staff were standing around talking to each other, and it felt like I was inconveniencing them by giving them my business.
I ordered a steak bowl. I accidentally dropped the contents of my wallet all over the floor. The very nice lady came out from behind the counter to help me. It is so very nice to see nice people. I will definitely be back.Oh yes, the steak bowl was great. Good food and nice staff. You can't beat the combination.
This location disappointed me twice. First time they canceled my order without notifying. And it was very hard to get the staff to ask questions and understand the situation. Today they get me someone else’s items in the bag with my name tag. Think about it, they put 2 bowls with names into a bag with different name. It is ridiculous! I would never order any food from this location.
As soon as I entered there was quite a long line, since I was starving the line felt like it wasn't moving quickly but in reality it was moving moderate speed. The important thing is, nobody got mad, I wanted fajita veggies & they said it was 1-2 minutes wait; that's okay I wasn't the only waiting for it. So over all it was good food, with alright customer service & the resturant kinda clean.
