We just ordered lunch from here and I don’t know if it’s changed management or what but it was absolutely disgusting. The order was incorrect, we were missing the cookies we ordered and had an extra Mac n cheese. The cookies for the kids were rock hard and old. The sandwiches were cold, slimy, covered in pepper, and inedible. So disappointed, won’t be back.
Screw this location. I tipped well over 20% on my delivery order and didn’t receive half my toppings. Never going back.
I love potbelly sandwiches. They are toasty. I always get at least one cookie as well. My husband loves Their zapps chips. Their staff is polite, even when I'm slightly changing one of their sandwiches... I remove the mushrooms from the pizza sandwich. I rarely get the milkshake, but they're amazing too.I really wish they were open later, as I would prefer to grab a quick sandwich for dinner some time. I'm often not leaving the house for lunch which seems to be their prime open time these days.
Ordered from active menus it was great service on time and professional.

For some reason I have issues getting any kind of toppings when ordering from Potbelly. For example, I just ordered four sandwiches and two came with only meat on them. No vegetables, not even lettuce. This was right before they closed so we were left with some extremely dry inedible ... sandwiches... for dinner.In the end, I've just now ordered subway. Thanks for time wasted.
This place is not open at 5 pm. It can not be this hard to update your hours on Google. There are several Potbellys within a few miles of me and not one of them is open for dinner?!

If I could I would leave 0 star review. There are rude workers and they treated us terrible because they were closing. 2 workers were talking about how Taco Bell is so much better and that the prices here are to high. They got my sandwich order all wrong and the rest of my family’s to.
