We went for lunch and it was busy...food was fresh and the tables were clean. Love Panda Express so we were happy.
Ordered on line for 11:45 pick up. Twenty minutes later and food still wasn’t ready. Terrible service. They ignored everyone waiting with over six crew member one who was washing windows.
I would give less IF I could. The store manager ("Guillermo") is one of the most rude people I have ever met - used profanity in front of patrons - lied about serving sizes (i.e. beef & broccoli - he said they are trained to give 90% broccoli and 10% beef - i said that was ridiculous and he went off - I asked to talk with him about this, he said he had an urgent conference call to get on - 5 minutes later amazing he was still not on any call - nice lie Guillermo). Visit Panda Express if you like BUT DO NOT visit this location as there is obviously not only a language barrier but a total lack of professionalism and patron service) - Shame on this Panda - Shame on Guillermo.

I've had this Panda Expeess a couple of times and was very satisfied both times. It was just a quick lunch grab and glad I chose it. The food was hot and good quality. They have much better entres nowadays. I recommend this Panda Express,,, very satisfactory... Enjoy!
The Store manager at this location is awesome. I have gone to over a dozen Panda Express this locations service was far superior than most. She acknowledged everyone at the door, the fact she was working late as a manager, and still had a great attitude made me feel welcomed. Highly recommend, we will be back. Thank you for being great!
I just picked up my order. And food was disquisting. Never had a bad ecperience at this location until today. We had to toss whole food out it was old and nasty
Manager ( Mr. G ; Hispanic Guy ) is VERY RUDE! I stated a spoke with a female manager about my order a week before he said he does not have a female manager…only for the employee standing next to him to say the female manager worked last week ( as I said ) so he basically lied about who’s on his team. He over talked everything I tried to say to him. Very disappointed & will be reaching out to cooperate because he needs better training on customer service.
I'm used to panda being goated for quick n ez orange chicken + beef n broccoli combo but this was so stale... Orange chicken tasted way off and the rice was cold
