Really poor service, honestly sucked. Ordered and all the employees disappeared. Finally three employees (1 girl and 2 men) came from back room. Who knows what they were doing. A 4th employee noticed we were standing around for 10 minutes asked if we wanted anything, we had already ordered. Very disappointed, poor service never going back to that location. It was the evening 4th of July crew.
Bought 3 shakes. One kid preparing one of the shakes was more interested in talking to friends who weren’t ordering anything. Got the shakes and they all had a greater milk to ice cream ratio…it was liquid. Not thick at all and had no taste. I’ve Had thicker shakes at McDonalds where I’m not paying a premium for Oberweis ice cream. Should have gone back and talked to a manager. Need better quality control.
My family and I have always loved this Oberweis, the staff is always delightful and kind. About a week or two ago my sister and I went to this Oberweis to order our usual shake, but after conversing with the teenage girl with ginger hair, we ended up getting the cookie dough peanut butter. This will undoubtedly be our new order, and we have that girl and the incredibly welcoming staff/atmosphere for our new favorite flavor.
The girl with the red hair was so incredibly sweet and kind! She was so helpful and always is very welcoming to all customers! All of the workers are kind and a joy to be around!! Love the employees!
I would like to compliment the staff at this store. They are all very friendly, personable, and courteous, especially the employee with the red hair. She was very friendly and clearly a hard-worker.
Never go wrong at this oberweis. Best malt hands down. The bottle milk is amazing.
Poor service, mcdolds sells better burger. For half the price. Single burger small flat drink $11.80 and took more than 5 minutes
The girl with red hair gave me melted soft serve not cool. Coming from a family that owns 2 Dairy Queens in Mesa Arizona make a fresh one. Make the soft serve after my large shake so its not completely melted.
We are oberweis fans and had been going to different locations for milk pickup ,ice cream...but sorry to say this location was disappointing..My daughter only takes oberweis strawberry ice cream but she left after tasting. When checked,it was spoiled same case with strawberry shake.when returned at the counter and complaint,no response. There were 3young kids ,working and were least pushed...
Great products (milk, milkshakes, sundaes, etc.) and arguably the best ice- cream I've ever had. Nonetheless, giving one less star because of their pricing practices.
