Very disappointing... my pickup order tonight was cold and rubbery and was not even the correct size for what I ordered. I wish I could say this was the first time, but it's not..I had been coming to this location bc the food had always been good/okay, and my food was always ready and hot when I went to pick it up (online orders). For some reason.. the staff has always been super unfriendly and never even greet people when they come in the door.I will be going to the Glen Ellyn location moving forward.
Take a pass at this location. Hours were wrong, online ordering only that didn’t even work, absolutely no help from staff to order. Terrible service, 4 customers waiting at the door and 3 of us walked away out of frustration. If you own this franchise, I’d make some improvements!Won’t go back to this location.
I ordered regular buttered noodles. When I bit in it tasted way to salty so I looked and saw an absolute massive load right there in my noodles. Besides for using my noodles as a semon dumpster, they tasted pretty good.
Supposed to be ready around 6:05. When I got here at 6:10 there was about 6 people waiting. 6:25 was finally ready. As I read in many other reviews they don't have anything ready. Since this location moved they haven't been doing well keeping up. I like the old location more.
Audrey, the girl with the shoulder length light brown hair and cute curly eyelashes is the best sautér I've ever seen! She should work for Gordon Ramsey ? her skill and craft is impeccable and leaves me salivating for more delicious noodles. I can tell she's going to go far in life because even now I miss her amazing cooking and I'm hungry for more and more and more ? just like Usain Bolt I'm running to Noodles as fast as I physically can! Izzy ( the girl at the register) was so sweet and ringed me up like no one else has, she has the midas touch when it comes to cashiering. 10/10 recommend!

My order was supposed to be ready at 7:32 but that didn't happen. There were about 4 or 5 people that were waiting for their food ahead of me. I ordered ahead so they had ample time. I stood there and watched five teens just messing around in the kitchen. Didn't acknowledge or check on the customers clearly waiting in the lobby. I then watched a teen come out to bring some girls their food. The boy had time to flirt with the girls which he clearly knew but did not acknowledge the angry customers waiting for their pick-up orders. The boy then goes and pull another teen from the back that was working so one of the girls could exchange words with him. Are you serious? By far the worse! 45 mins later and my food is finished. They had time to flirt and wasted so much time instead of actually working!
The order taker promised me a vegetarian dish and it came back with beef. see my pictures....sucks because it was to go and I was 10 miles away when I discovered it.
