The guacamole here is excellent and worth the trip. I got the A la Mexicana for my dinner and while it was good, I don't know if I would order it again.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, good menu. We the chips and salsa were yummy. Shrimp tacos were excellent. Veggie tacos, rice and beans lacked flavor and imagination.
All I can say is what nice people. They were so gracious , and made you feel that you were in their home. Go check it out. They have a big menu , and you'll like the food, as much as you host, and hostess....
Great food (actually spicy / hot salsa!... Hard to find in the Midwest). Wonderful owner. Definitely coming back!
This place may have good food, but we refused to say and find out! The place was a mess. Customers must order at the window as if they were ordering fast food. No masks were worn by the staff and they used part of the counter to do paperwork. Very unorganized. There was no warmth or comfort in the atmosphere. Totally bad vibe. I thought we'd have a proper table attendant with complimentary chips and salsa and a lovely presentation. Not at all the chips and salsa were on the menu, like at Taco Bell. The parking lot was ample, but the tables were bare. Lovely sign out front.
Had the steak and Al pastor tacos. Dine in available with a small bowl of chips and salsa. The chips were extremely salty. Tacos were delicious. Friendly but pretty slow service with one cook. Not the best atmosphere to dine in, seemed most of the customers were for take-out anyway. Someone kept messing with the music so you couldn’t enjoy one song without it being changed to the another one a few seconds later. Food = great, everything else = needs improvement.

I scorned this place; their food, service and atmosphere from their opening until yesterday. I have had discussions with other local patrons agreeing with me... The food was sub-par and the "vibe" with the family/workers was uncomfortable/awkward/weird. I think they had ZERO "customer interactive skills" in their early years. After several years I tried them out again yesterday, and I am pleased to say that they have figured it all out! The interaction was warm and ingratiating. The food was delicious, spot on authentic Mexican cuisine.I am now a fan. Thanks guys...
I stopped at this place ( Mi Casa ) after working a long day of work, 14 hours to be exact and the only thing I are this morning was an egg sandwich. I ordered the burrito dinner and a drink $16.00 meal to go. I stopped to eat my burrito and I kid you not this was the size of a child’s meal, the burrito was so small that I probably could have eaten 3 of them. If you’re looking for a hearty meal look elsewhere because you’re not going to get it here??????
My second visit and everything is delicious. I’ve tried the steak burrito. Chips and salsa and believe it or not, a gyro. The gyro is really good
