NO-stars if it were possible! Never delivered a catering order for a CLIENT meeting. No one answered phone calls to restaurant or 2!!!! catering managers!!! And now my job may be in jepordy....NEVER go to this McAlister!!!! Thinking about never going to McAlisters again!

Always have fresh food and great tasting each time I've ordered from this location.I prefer McAlister's over Panera anyday! Way better quality and options.
Just went in for a wrap and jalapeño chips and got a sandwich with no chips. I get fast food can be a hard industry but we were the only customers along with one other guy who had a pickup so not sure how else they messed up that bad.
Omg phat girl tendencies fulfilled! I enjoyed a Spudmax and King Club on a croissant, I didn’t finish even half!
The sandwiches were great, loved the soup... but I would return to this location because of John. He was patient and helpful having been our first time there and with a little one. You don't find people like him at most places these days. You are incredibly lucky to have someone like him working for you. His kindness is memorable and uplifting in this current world we live in. The food is good but go into the deli and pick it up. I ordered before 5:30 kept watching out the window and never saw anyone and no one knocked or rang the door bell at 7:30 I looked out the window and there was my food, who knows when it was delivered.
food was very enjoyable, the experience however was not. found it quite hard to stand there as the manager (i assume) yelled at everyone in her path. a young employee who asked if it would be alright for her to use the restroom was yelled at to the point of teary eyes. there was 2 orders on screen and 5 employees in my direct view so it should have been more than acceptable. she was yelling on the stores telephone and replied rude to what seemed like the youngest employee in training who was asking her a simple question. to the manager- i hope you realize jobs are plentiful right now and you absolutely will continue to be short staffed if this is the way you treat your employees. to the girls- find a job where you are appreciated and not belittled.
