Surprised at some of the poor reviews.I've been to many Dunkin's but I like this one the best. The coffee and donuts are always good, they seem A little cheaper than the other Dunkin's.Also their drive thru gets busy sometimes, but they get the cars through fairly quickly.

I went with my sister who had placed a mobile order ahead and I ordered a chocolate long John and bagel at the drive thru. We waited in line for about 10 min when there was 4 cars in front of us. Once we got to the window to pay they made us pull into a spot when there was only 1 car behind us. We waited again for 15 min until I went inside. Again it wasn’t very busy. I asked if our orders were ready and the girl frantically made my sisters coffee which took 10 sec lol and the other girl gave me my bag of food. We left and I realized my donut was missing. I went back in and asked if they had it and they said they didn’t have a chocolate long John so they just gave me a chocolate sprinkle. I ate my bagel which was burnt and looked in the bag for a napkin and there was no napkins in both of my bags. Waste of 30 min.

I used to go to this location frequently when they were located on the other side of the road. But, I will never go to this newer location ever again. I literally made the woman working the drive thru window wait a minute or two while I was signing into the Dunkin app to pay for my order. She proceeded to berate me for making her and the other customers behind me (maybe 4 cars at most) wait because of me. Who does that to a customer???? Are they more important than me???? If you want nicer customer service, do NOT go to this Dunkin location!!!

I have visited this location approximately five or six times (since it has opened & usually because Starbucks is to busy). Every time it is the same man at the drive thru window. He is so rude, he never lets you finish what you're saying, he rushes you when you order, he doesn't understand English very well and he flat out does not care. I'm not sure if this is his location and he is the owner but it makes sense to me why there eos never a line of cars at this place. Mind you, I only go to this location because I don't have the time to sit in the extremely long line at Starbucks across the street. It's usually when I really need the coffee for the day. Today is the last time I visit this location, I went through the d I've thru and I asked for an artificially sweetened coffee flavoring. He proceeded to list the unsweetened flavors. I then clarified and asked again, for any flavor that has zero sugar but was sweet (artificially sweet). He started listing the same flavors. Then he asked condescendingly, how can that be? How does that make sense, you can't have sweet with no sugar? At that point I said nevermind because the tone in his voice and the attitude he had, I decided not to place the order. When I got to the window to talk to him, he was gone. This is exactly why I dread going to this place and will never go again. He is just so hard to talk to and so rude, every single time.

I love to order ahead and get my order. The location near my house isn't very nice to me so I try to avoid it as much as possible.

Very poor costumer service. Messed up my order- a simple mistake of cold vs hot, gave me attitude when I brought it up and made me pay for the correction.

Lack of costumer service at drive thru.Update: got home and found the driest donuts I’ve ever had

Only giving a one star because I have too in order to leave a review, this location has horrible customer service skills, and has for years even with moving from their location just across the street. The come to the speaker and they do not greet you they just say “help you” and they don’t say “is there any thing else you would like or offer you anything” just “that’s it?” And today I was getting my free donut because I won it from the Bulls Challenge but maybe I could have ordered more or anything but the attitude behind the mic made me not want to, then I got to the window and the guy just walks up and and I had my phone to scan my code as he was about to reach for payment, mind you he didn’t even tell me my total for my order to begin with, and he scanned my code and seen his screen and handed me my donut and turned his back and walked away from the window. No have a nice day thank you for coming to DD or nothing. The people at this location are just plan rude and nasty! They definitely do not deserve anyones business nor deserve to remain open in this area.

Don’t waste your time or money here. Got an avocado toast and coffee with almond milk. The avocado toast was on a piece of bread NOT toasted and the coffee didn’t have enough almond milk. I asked for them to toast the bread and put more almond milk, they argued with me for 10 minutes telling me the bread is toasted and the coffee is made the same every time. They made me pay for the corrections, so rude there!

I finally reached my limit with this DD location. After repeated weekly visits of 3-5 times per week with a bill of +$5.00 each time and NEVER receiving a word of thanks from the window personnel, I decided to make a post to express the fact that this franchise location does not deserve my business. I called the customer service department at DD and asked whether they taught their franchise owners the importance of saying "thank you". There are so many options available to me for coffee and snacks where saying "thank you" is a normal part of the business transaction. Perhaps DD should send their franchise owners to Chick-Fil-A for lessons on how to acknowledge their customers...wake up DD, there are many others that can take your business. This location offers good DD products which are delivered by personnel that are clueless about the value of repeat business customers.
