Ordering off the app and picking up at drive-thru, super convenient. Always a friendly face that greets you, no matter how early or late in the day. Thank you guys for always being there for my iced mocha latte cravings.

Always a long line and the Donut selecting is always very limited.
The location is horrible trying to leave (busy corner). The drive thru narrowly wraps around the building. They were out of every donut I asked for and the winter new swirl flavor. It was prime time of morning. Last just kept saying, "nope, don't got it, nope, don't got it"
Rude service. I drove off without completing my order.

Worst experience. Twice. This place is very unhygienic this has happened to me twice, the lady went to the bathroom didn't wash her hands and started serving me coffee. I cant go to this store anymore. Guys do yourself a favor pls!
I have never given a “zero” star review for ANY establishment until today. It says one star, only because I was unable to post with zero. Stopped at this Dunkin to redeem my “free” EARNED drink. Every time I have ever had a “ free drink” reward, NOT ONE DUNKIN HAS CHARGED ME FOR ALMOND MILK. Today, I was charged.Looking at the “ terms and conditions”, it stated I “MAY” be charged for dairy alternatives. So the drink I consistently and continuously get at Dunkin, I cannot get on my “ reward” for free since my coffee has almond milk in it? I find it interesting that no other Dunkin has charged me, but today I’m charged. I don’t appreciate the lack of consistency in service and costs. This Dunkin wants to charge me .55 for almond milk on a drink “REWARD”??? The “manager” ( I assume), said he would give me milk for free, but will charge for almond milk. Again, I don’t drink milk, hence the ALMOND MILK IN MY DRINK.Here’s the thing… Dunkin has just imposed quite a significant increase in their prices, took off the beyond sausage patty, charge extra for almond milk, and now, literally charge you for almond milk in your “free” drink. Judging by other reviews, it was a bad choice to stop there, seemingly others feel the same.As someone who does not eat meat or dairy, Dunkin has lost my business. Starbuck’s has a great beyond sausage breakfast sandwich, and their strength is in their consistency in service and products. If you are someone who doesn’t eat meat or dairy, go to Starbucks. I don’t appreciate the arbitrary nature by which Dunkin decides to impose their operating costs back on the consumer. Customer care was kind, however ALSO mentioned “some” Dunkin’s may charge for things that others don’t. HUH??? All Dunkin’s are under the umbrella of Dunkin corporate, right? If corporate Dunkin endorses charging the consumers arbitrarily to offset their costs, I can choose to go elsewhere, and I will. This is the type of thing that really boosts competitors. Maybe Dunkin needs to listen to their complaints, and respond in a way that shows all the people who stopped going, that they are worth making changes for.You don’t have to look too far for complaints people have about Dunkin Donuts. Bring back the Dunkin Donuts of years gone past, that one that I would ALWAYS stop at.
