Wanting to shout-out a huge thank you to Babbesh and the team at Dunkin Donuts 2040 S. Naperville Rd. Wheaton, IL. 60189!Babbesh found my wallet at 4a.m. opening the store, it was in the parking lot covered in snow and slush. Babbesh took my wallet to the near by Chase bank where they were able to contact me and reunite with my wallet.On top of delicious coffees and pastries the team at this location also excels at customer service. I just want to share what a wonderful experience I had this morning. I stopped to get coffee before work, as I normally do. The young man in the drive thru finished my order before I did (10 skim milk, 3 splenda, and the un-sweet french vanilla flavoring) which was the first time this has ever happened. I then proceeded to drive to the window. He handed me a coffee and as my card was processing he was talking to someone in the background. He quickly turned to me and said I'm sorry you are not going to like that, may I have that one back? I hand him back the coffee and he reappeared with a new one. He apologized and said they put the wrong vanilla in my coffee. This was also a pleasant surprise because last week when I ordered my coffee they had made it wrong, so not only was he was proactive but went above expectations to make sure I left without disappointment. This absolutely made my day and it may seem like something small, but customer service like this really makes a difference especially in the world of crisis we live in today.
These people are the absolute worst- go to the one down the road instead. For the third time in a row they messed up my order, laughed at me when I told them to fix it, and actually just took the drink back and added stuff to it, touching my straw? Super unhygienic with the current pandemic. Shut this location down.
Please stop putting so much ice in the iced coffee!

Good, cheap coffee. I always get a cold brew medium at happy hour. So far they have been happy to do no ice as well. For $2 you can't beat that. Good sizes, good prices, fast service.
New look Dunkin forgot to implement customer service. Earned a free coffee medium coffee and asked for a large and j would pay the difference in pricing and was told NO?!?Ummm
No similes no cares, plus the muffin should of been cooked longer? soggy in the middle - what up with that?
