Location closed at 1:30pm on a hot June Wednesday despite saying it's open. There was no sign on the door with hours and the hours in google are not correct.
Service was fine. The rest is DQ; good ice cream and treats.
I find this to be creamier than other DQ locations. I love the walk up window.
Online it doesnt say to wear masks so when you don’t go there often when the mask mandate has been lifted they are requiring masks and kicking people out if they don’t have one? Hmmm what a great way to lose business
We got there at 9:45 and no one was there and the doors were locked. So much for closing at 10 - let’s just say we aren’t going back to this location.

The location says it's open year round, but that's if they actually decide to be open. It's hours are from 1-10pm. But whoever runs the place may just not show up, and you never know when that happens unless you actually try to go to this location. I recommend finding a different DQ location, or find a Baskin Robin's due to the unreliable hours of this location.
They close at 10. I got there at 9:45 and they wouldn't let me in. There weren't even any other customers in there. I understand that it's a pain to have people in your store after closing, but I definitely would have been out of there before 10. At that point it's just lying to say you're open until 10.
You guys have literally invested no money back into the business its middle of summer and the ice cream machine is broken to make twist cones line out the door and only 2 employees working. I think corporat should pay you guys a visit I agree with the reviews I've been living in Wheaton a very long time and you guys have never made any renovations. STEP IT UP
